Worst service, like a scam. They charge fee for Express 24h service, but never respond. Their online forms have so many bugs and there is no support to help. They were provided all the information in advance to setup a subsidiary company and have taken all the money, and then they say they can't open the capital deposit account. The Online Chat service is useless, as they never respond for at least 24 hours. The telephone support service is worse as they don't answer the calls and have a pre-recorded message that they will check calendar for availability and get back. Asked for refund, but that too never came and there is no email confirmation.

I have used LegalPlace to start my company and in turn follow all my accounting and banking needs and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Always attentive and with great advice. Also I really enjoy using the LegalPlace suite of tools.

I've trusted LegalPlace since the startup of my company (they set it up for me). Now I wanted to use their service of "domiciliation". However, they don't tell you that you ALSO need to do and pay for the change of your company's address.
I feel entirely fooled. I'm scared that important letters have been lost, which might cost me even more money.

Unfortunately I have to take back my high praise given February 9, 2023. I asked several questions in Jan when I launched my company and at the time felt like/I was convinced I was well advised. Fast forward to now and I’m unable to finalize my registration with the tax authorities (URSAFF) because of how the company was created. I reached out to Legal Place asking them to make the needed changes, CITING the questions I asked in Jan that I was incorrectly advised on, but in the end I have been met with short responses and now silence by one of the managers- Darwich. I understand mistakes can be made, but I would expect the company to correct these and now I’m in a very uncomfortable situation trying to get everything in line before my business taxes are due later this year.

While Legal Place may be good for simple issues, they are not prepared to handle anything slightly more complex in which case your money is better spent elsewhere if you want to have peace of mind with your business.
Please be careful and check twice anything they advise you.

As an Irish person trying to start a Microenterprise and not knowing how to navigate the French administrative world, LegalPlace were a godsend. They had my company set up within a week. They were helpful, professional and great to work with.

Super quick service and very easy to use website

The worst experience ever. Fraud company. I am a UK resident tried to open a french company through Legalplace, they referred me to the bank which do not open bank accounts for non-French residents. And charged me the capital before I even filled in the form at the bank's site to find out that they can't open me a bank account. I sent them multiple messages that I can't open the company with them as I won't be able to submit certificates of paid capital to finalise the form on the website and that I want a refund, and they have never replied to me straight, they sent me multiple links to fill in for complaint, their manager arranged a call and never called, they keep ignoring my emails and chat messages about the refund. I already wrote them in French!! It has been 2 weeks!!

Can not make bank transfer’s again, problems with passwords and asked to reset??? Possibly gaining personal information, reviews fake 100%
