This company attempted to gain our credit file. We have never even heard of them before. Proceed with extreme caution as their practices are not as above board as it should be. Grateful to the company that they applied to for contact us directly.
It was my partner’s details you used and considering it was a major data breech I do not want to give you any further details. Thankfully Experian were on the ball and gave us your full details. I have not got the wrong company.

I can only locate one person with the same name on our database, but that person has a number of cases which have been worked and closed, so I don't think that could be you, if you are claiming you have never even heard of us, as to have any claim with us, you would have had to provide your personal information, agree and sign our welcome pack. I would like to add that we will not and do not carry out any credit checks without the knowledge and consent of the client. Any checks carried out by us, are to satisfy KYC/AML checks and to validate the claim. Based on this, I can only assume that you have the wrong company, and this review is not meant for us. If you can provide us with more information or call our customer care team, we can investigate your review further.
Good service
The company were very good at keeping me informed of progress. Unfortunate that the bank took longer than expected to settle. Fees are a little higher than some but it's money I wouldn't have had.

Does anyone actually pick up a phone or answer an email in that company ?
Been trying to get I contact for a couple of months regarding PPI and this is since early May. Was told someone would be in touch in July and the August but nothing since . No information and left hanging about with no answers to any questions. A simple yes or no would be lovely . Communication is not the best.

I cannot see any notes on system regarding any issues so unsure why you have left this negative feedback. Quick to take their percentage god forbid you did this to them! I have been advised on what steps to take next! Also I never leave reviews but I believe this needed to be reviewed!!!! The worst possible company you could use, phoned on middle of July was told a story about something to do with the bank and it would take 15 days. I waited at least 30 days and got to same story it would be 15 days, at least 20 days still no payment. Your paying a company to make your claim because they promise you the world and don't deliver. My brother made his own claim directly to provident and got it in his account the first weekend in July. I'm paying a company commission and over 2 months later still no payment, it's a complete joke.
This review was for my elderly mother Sylvia Richmond. I was on.the phone today and made that much of hassle for payment team the top manager came on and inside 1 hr in my bank account. Anyone having trouble getting there money you have to get on the phone and tell them you want to speak with the top manager and just be a completely rude with her.i did it yesterday and in 1hour the money was in my account.
