Poor customer service on faulty goods
Having bought a pair of Vivo barefoot shoes (Primus Lite) for strength training, I noticed after 6 wears of less than 30 minutes each, the sole was coming away from the top of the shoe box.
I contacted Legend-Footwear who asked for photos and eventually came back saying there was nothing they could do as it was “general wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault”. Other than the defect, the shoes are in near pristine condition.
Yes they’re cheap by comparison to other places, but they won’t accept responsibility for faulty goods. Don’t take the risk, rather go with Sport Pursuit or similar who have much better customer service.

It appears this is more related to usage or storage conditions, and not a fault in the product’s design or construction.
As resellers, we are required to follow the brand’s guidelines and acceptance policies, which is why we were unable to offer a return or replacement in this case. We take all customer concerns seriously, and we do our best to resolve them within the framework set by the brand.

Although I returned one item of the two I ordered , I was really really pleased with the price and also the service . The site is easy to use , ordering is very straightforward and delivery very prompt . I'm a very happy customer .

Not a positive experience
I purchased a pair of UGG boots from this shop, and unfortunately they were completely ruined after just two wears. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the damage was considered “normal wear and tear.” I found this response disappointing and unhelpful.Make your own judgement before buying anything from this store.
PS they keep saying it is normal wear and tear. Boots were worn only twice and they are completely ruined. I have another pair of UGG boots that I purchased over 5 years ago from the Ugg store and they look newer than the ones I recently bought from this retailer.

Very competitive pricing
Very easy to use website and prices are very competitive.
Shipping was very fast and items were exactly as described.
Its a shame there is a price for returns (which I thankfully didn't need to use), but I suppose that is reflected in the lower purchase prices offered!
