My order was correct, and the packaging was amazing because nothing injured the Canvas even though there was some external damage on the packaging. Thanks so much; it looks very nice.
I accidentally auto filled the delivery…
I accidentally auto filled the delivery to an old address. While working out the problem, I ran into an employee of your’s who was having a bad day. The text tone on working out this problem was terrible.
“It’s not my fault if you auto filled…etc.”
I said I had been a customer for 6-7 years and no change.
Sadly I won’t be purchasing from your company anymore because of this.
Despite the fact that I truly enjoy your product.

Not what i expected and was damaged when it arrived
Unfortunately one of the corner had a small hole in it probably from not being packed properly. Only the corners are reenforced with cardboard. The entire frame should be protected all around to avoid the beating it takes from UPS. Also i wasn't expecting the picture I ordered to be "blurry" When you purchase the item on line the picture looks clear like a photograph but when I received it it looked totally different. Hard to explain but it's not what I purchased. Anyway I was able to somewhat fix the hole so that it doesn't show anymore (unless you know where it is) and since I didn't want to go through the pain of repacking and shipping everything back I decided to keep it.
I cant send pictures now because I have it in my condo in another city that i use from time to time.

DO NOT BUY! The print quality is awful and the customer service is even worse. Kathleen Campbell who runs this company is the worst. Blames mistakes on the customer, takes no accountability, denies refund or replacement without charge. STAY AWAY from this business!!

Product ordered for my biz on 4/20.
Product ordered for my biz on 4/20. Said 2-5 biz days to manufacture then 7-14 days to ship.
Nothing has even shipped yet and it's weeks later 5/5/25. Tell me 'delays at the warehouse'. That's all I get.
Not meeting commitments and still promoting like mad. No update in 3 days.
My prints were to be used for a biz which is opening 5/12.

Received damaged and customer support is not very helpful.
I bought this canvas for my son for his college graduation. It was damaged at some point either when it was packed or during shipping. It is also bowed, and that doesn't seem to have anything to do with the damage. Customer service initially said they would help. After I mentioned that I threw out the shrink wrapped packaging that had the tracking label on it, they stopped responding. This is my third order from them, but it is definitely my last. I'm giving my son the damaged picture and just going to hope he doesn't notice. They only get 2 stars because the quality of the PRINT is really good.
Edit: They say that I never replied, yet they replied to my email where I asked for a refund by telling me that I didn't send a picture of the shipping label and disregarded the actual text of my email. Again, not impressed with the customer support if they aren't even reading emails that I send.
Final Edit:
Today I received a refund for my order. In the end, they made it right. I did recently receive an email from them saying they are shipping out of the US now, so hopefully that helps keep the pictures from getting damaged. Customer service needs some help, though. Their first line of defense, especially on here it seems, is to blame the customer for the failings of the company. That's never a good sign.

If you’re looking to buy from here and…
If you’re looking to buy from here and are expecting a good quality print, this is not really the place to buy from. I ordered from here and the hooks that come with the canvas are bent and crooked so when you go to make sure it’s level when drilling it won’t be since they’re not level in my case I got the 3 piece so it’s very obvious it’s not level. So when you go to return it, they don’t give you a return label. You have to pay to send it back to them. I would just avoid this company all together since they’re charging kinda high for cheap quality.
