Casino with unbelievable illegal behaviors
I initially requested the closure of my account through live chat and later confirmed it via email. The closure was granted. However, after two weeks, without my consent, they reopened my account, making it fully operational again. They also resumed sending promotional emails and SMS without my permission. I reached out again via email to request the closure of the reopened account, but my messages have been completely ignored. This is unacceptable—these casinos have no regard for the law or ethics! Be careful with this casino. It's a deposit only casino. The withdrawals take a long time to process if prosecced at all. The live chat can do nothing to help you since they can't communicate with the appropriate department. I also e-mailed them but I get no response. This is a strategic that they follow to delay the withdrawals on purpose so ppl can gamble their winnings before they manage to withdraw them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with [Legiano]. My account, which had $4,400, was allegedly "found," yet I was told that the email associated with it is "not working." This is outright ridiculous, as I have received all previous communications from [Legiano] on the same email without any issues.
Despite providing evidence, including all correspondence via a Google Drive link, the company has done nothing to address my concerns. Their lack of urgency and accountability is appalling. I work in a law firm and have extensive contacts in the legal field—rest assured, I am prepared to pursue every legal avenue to recover my funds if they fail to act promptly.
I cannot recommend [Legiano] to anyone. Their service is unreliable, their communication is unprofessional, and their handling of customer funds is questionable at best. Think twice before trusting this platform with your money.

I ve tried to make 2 withdraws (500 euro each) at 11/11 and 12 /11.After 10 days (at their website the say that the withdraw process last maximum 3 days) they ve sent me 2 emails, the one saying that the first withdraw was succesfull and the second one that the second withdraw was rejected by the bank's provider. I ve applied again for the withdraw at 21/11 and also contacted the bank to ask why that happened, and the bank's answer was "how is it possible to accept the one and reject the other ?". Since then I ve tried many times to contact with legiano support and all the time I am taking the same answer,that the financial deppartment is too busy and working hard ,and has too many applications to confront and other excuses. Last friday they ve told me that my withdraw is at the last stage of the process.And yesterday that I ve reached them again ,I ve took the same answer,that they are too busy etc... I hope that I ll get my money ,but this is by far the worst experience I ve ever had at online gambling.
