I purchased a premium/VIP service, but several advertised core features were not delivered or did not work as promised.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I never received any response. There is no clearly accessible support email or help center, making it impossible to resolve issues or get clarification.
Because of the missing features, misleading descriptions, and the complete lack of support, this experience felt very unreliable and untrustworthy and, from my personal perspective, came close to a scam. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

This store is nothing but fantastic!

Every time I enter the shop I’m greeted by 1 if not both of the owners who are a general pleasure to speak to. Very knowledgeable in their sector and are generally humble people. I have bought and sold at this store and will continue to do so. They are always happy to help.
Such a good little shop/business and it’s great for the community.
Would highly recommend this store.
