The Facebook community is amazing for accountability and motivation because let’s be honest mum life is hard.
Having the website membership and Facebook page has just been so helpful and Kate and Kelly are amazing at responding to posts and comments. Free live workouts on the Facebook page or Instagram I mean what more could you want to see what it’s all about.

Wow! Where do I start. I joined LBB a little while ago now after seeing the live workouts pop up as a suggestion on my Facebook page. As a mum of 2 I don’t often have much free time but the workouts coincided well with dropping my daughter off at nursery so I thought I’d give them a go. I loved it but didn’t join as a member as I thought I won’t have the time to consistently do workouts every day. In my head if I wasn’t doing an hour workout then it wasn’t going to help. Kate has completely changed my mindset on this! Her workouts have a varied length so if you’ve only got time to do a 7 minute workout then that’s okay or if you want to do 15 minutes while you wait for your roast dinner to cook in the oven then that’s okay too! Whatever you can do and whenever you can do it is the mantra for LBB.
After finding out I had diastasis recti I really wanted something that fit my hectic mum life schedule but was also safe to do. Kate takes the guess work out of deciding what exercises to do and all of them are safe for mums with ab separation, pregnancy or post natal. If you need any help she’s always on hand to answer questions as well as the other wonderful mums in the members group. I’ve never had support with my fitness journey until joining LBB, I’m also a SAHM currently so the price of membership was another massive reason I wanted to sign up, I actually couldn’t believe that it’s only £4.99 a month because the amount of content available and all the work Kate puts in each week creating new content, recipes and challenges is something you’d expect to pay a lot more for!
I also love how fun the workouts are. Kate’s infectious energy makes it feel like she’s right there with you in your living room. My 3 year old absolutely loves doing the workouts with me. I take my time with it and of course struggle with some things due to my ab separation but I’ve already noticed a massive difference. There are exercises I haven’t been able to do in years that I can now do and with much more ease too after only a week.
You can tell that LBB’s focus is on helping mums reach their goals and gaining confidence ❤️

Lost for words at how amazing Kate, LBB workouts and the community are...
These workouts are absolutely amazing... they really do fit around a busy mums life and not only do you benefit physically but mentally as well. Kate is soooooo lovely, its like having a 1 on 1 trainer, she is always there to help you when you need it. Kate has created the best workouts and the best facebook community page where everyone is so kind and supportive. Joining LBB is the best thing I have ever done. It all feels achievable and long lasting... and for such a bargain price! Honestly cannot compliment Kate and LBB enough. I have never enjoyed workouts before now, now I actually really want to do them and wake up early to make sure I fit them in. Another important thing is strong message that Kate gives across about only doing what you can do and if you need a break from workouts don't worry and to just get back to it when you can. There is no pressure, you can really be yourself and the best version of yourself.

As someone who doesn’t have time-working from home late into the night, multiple wake ups from all 3 kids, and early starts everyday, I also have 2 out of 3 kids at home with me whilst also trying to juggle work, time for myself is pretty much non existent! I’ve actually been consistent and stuck to the cards Kate has set everyday..
Kate gives us soooo much I want to give a little back so here goes..
As someone who procrastinated about signing up because I had no idea when I would fit in a workout I’m kicking myself now that I didn’t do it sooner.
My absolute non negotiable everyday is Fitember.. no matter what, I make sure I do it first thing when I wake up. I also make sure to do 1 other workout either from the card or summer shred if I don’t have time for the longer workouts. I also know that if I don’t have time to spend longer on it I can definitely find 7 mins! (As I’m sure there will be times in future where I don’t manage 2 workouts every day!)
I have a very large diastasis recti (currently monitored under the NHS who’ve mentioned surgery) when I started working out I couldn’t engage or feel my core at all.. in 2 weeks I can do all the beginner exercises (at my own pace-slow and steady) and I’m starting to find them easier. The live core workout on instagram is was fabulous!!! (Just to add there is a live workout every week which I try to do and if I miss it then I’ll catch up on social media later in the day)
I did loads of research before signing up and looked at many programs, as an example one was going to cost £1800 for 12 weeks (one on one) or £500 for 8 weeks. This was money I just didn’t have to spend-so £6.99 a month for what we have is incredible!!! Although it’s not one on one it feels it, Kate hasn’t just devised a workout plan and left us to it-she’s there and present, getting to know everyone, taking feedback and making it fun on the way! (In the past I bought a plan from someone but couldn’t stick to it)
To top it off ladies (strangers!) in the online support group have cheered me and others on-there’s always someone who understands what you’re going through and reading comments when people are struggling warms my heart. Parenting is lonely at times and this community has made me feel like I’m not alone with this (and that I’m not the only one struggling!!)
Sorry for the essay, but I wanted to say a massive thank you to Kate. I spent months crying over my body, not knowing how to move forward and all of a sudden for the cost of a coffee and a cake I’m starting to feel better in my body by implementing such a small change to my daily routine. I’m wearing clothes I never thought I’d wear again, the pregnant look is reducing already and I have more energy.
So ladies.. you’ve got this! We’ve got this 💪🏻 if you’re in any doubt about signing up just do it! I promise you won’t regret it and there’s literally nothing else out there that’s such good value for money!!
Amazing workouts for all abilities
I have been an LBB member since Feb 2020. It took me a few months to finally join and to be honest, I thought it would be a faze but fast forward 3 and a half years and I am a dedicated LBB member and have reached a fitness goal that I am happy with. Kate provides workouts to suit all abilities and with a huge variety for all levels, recipes and nutrition, advice, support and most of all, she provides a safe community where everyone supports each other. Kate is an inspiration who has changed my mindset surrounding food and exercise and has helped me reach my goals. 4 years and still going strong
I have been using LBB for almost 4 years. I started after I had my first baby and with the help of Kate I lost 3.5 stone postpartum ready for my wedding. I am now on my 2nd postpartum journey and I am loving it! The workouts and challenge cards are my favourite and they keep me on track and help me stay motivated.

Something that actually works and fits in with a busy mum life 😂 the work outs are nice and quick u can literally do them anywhere ( I done them in th bathroom while my son was in th bath and my bathroom is small 😂) the food section is amazing to it's things u can make quickly and easily and taste unreal!! also the Facebook group is brilliant everyone is so supportive. It's the longest av actually stuck to anything nearly a year now I have been signed up and am lucky to stick with workouts etc for a month or two 😅 but cause the work outs are so quick I don't dread doing them and they r so effective it's a win win 1000% recommend signing up u won't regret it ! U can also cancel at anytime no fees so u have nothing to lose best thing I ever done was signing up !! I have recently joint legs bums and bubbas after seeing it a few times. I have always yo yo dieted tried exercise dvds for board joined a gym but just didn’t know what I was doing or been to a class and felt completely out of place!! But I am so so glad I subscribed! The support you get is unbelievable and so motivating not only for your self esteem but your mental well being to keep you positive!! I have 3 children work part time and these work outs are so easy to slot in your day not only that but these so many to pick from so you don’t get board!! There’s nutrition tips and help on there!! And for the value of just £6.99 it truly is amazing cheaper than a gym or an exercise class and there’s so many like minded women to help you through!! This is maintainable and you can tailor it to you!! Give it a go cancel any time but once you join and see what it’s about you won’t want to cancel!!

Absolutely amazing workouts and because they’re so varied and you can choose between shorter/longer ones, you won’t get bored of them like I have done in the past with other workout websites/apps I’ve tried! Kate keeps them fun and gives you an extra little buzz from what she says, her whole vibe & the music is also great. Also love the “live workouts”, tried it for the first time today on instagram and I can’t wait for the next one! There’s also a support page on Facebook which is sooo encouraging and the ladies are all so lovely, welcoming & supportive. Highly recommend LBB! 🩷

I just wanted to say a huge thank you! I found LBB about 6 weeks ago and I can't believe the difference it has made to me! I had my daughter nearly 6 years ago and hadn't done any exercise since due to my core being so weak. In these few weeks, my core has strengthened so much, I can finally sit up from lying on my back rather than having to roll onto my side first! I look forward to doing the workouts every day which I never thought I'd say!! 😂 I love the challenge cards too!!
I've just placed an order for a ball and some resistance bands so I can't wait to give those workouts a try! 😊

I joined with Kate when we first had…
I joined with Kate when we first had lockdown due to Covid. It was a hard time for everyone but working out with Kate nearly everyday made my mental health and fitness great! I have had a lot of setbacks with my mental health, but Kate and the group helped me along the way. I loved the face-to-face classes we got to do after lockdown and it was like meeting a celebrity haha! I have struggled with mental health lately and I know coming back to Kate is one of the best decisions I will make I just need to stay motivated.

A motivating community
A really motivating community for mums trying to improve fitness. Workouts are quick but effective and the challenge cards make you want to do more.

Joined over a year ago and love it. Kate is full of energy and very motivating without putting pressure on you. She is always there to answer any questions and encourages you to exercise in a way that’s safe for you.
The members Facebook page is amazing. Everyone is so supportive and I love the weekly exercise cards for something to work with.
Doesn’t cost much at all and the exercises are short so it’s easy to fit in your day.
Since joining, I have much more energy, feel more confident and my back pain has reduced greatly thanks to strengthening my core. Would definitely recommend.

This has been one of the best things I’ve ever done both mentally and physically. I would 100% recommend it. The group is really supportive, the videos are brilliant and easy to follow. I really struggled to keep up with exercising before I found LBB, fitting it in around work and children was a constant juggling act and the exercise always got dropped but this fits in perfectly.
