I received a renewal letter from LEI24, my first reaction was frustration. I immediately assumed it was some kind of misleading invoice or unnecessary marketing, and I sent them a rather angry email saying it was a waste of paper!!!

What surprised me was the response I received from their customer service team. The tone was extremely polite, calm, and in no way condescending. They simply explained that the letter was completely voluntary, not an invoice, and only intended as a reminder that my LEI was approaching expiry. They also pointed out that the document clearly states that if you are already happy with your current LEI provider, you do not need to switch or take any action.
