Could not recommend them highly enough, we needed an elderly family member collecting from the airport and taking home and they arrived to meet them at arrivals to help with their bags and kept us updated on their progress via phone and email throughout. A really professional yet personal service.

I have to say both airport transfers were excellent. Both cars were comfortable and very clean inside andout.
Picked up on time for outbound journey and driver texted me whilst I was waiting for luggage to let me know exactly where he would be waiting in arrivals coming home. Communication with Mark when booking was excellent.
This is the second time I have used LEC and will do so again.

Have booked Leicester Executive Chauffeurs a couple of times now, have to say they are excellent. Our chauffeurs were Martin and Tony, both were very professional and pleasant to travel with, making the drive to and from Heathrow both efficient and safe.

An excellent, professional company, from booking through to the journey, everything is communicated efficiently and the service is brilliant.

I needed to be driven to Holyhead, Anglesey in Wales from Leicester on the day before Christmas Eve and did not trust the trains or buses, I have no car.
This was in order to get the Ferry over to Dublin the next morning, Christmas Eve.

This was very important to me, as I wanted to surprise my elderly Aunt in Dublin by visiting her on Christmas Day and did not wish to go anywhere near an airport at this very hectic period.

I found the booking process very straightforward, the telephone was answered promptly & courteously and email/text contact maintained throughout.

The Drive to Holyhead was comfortable, smooth and my driver was very good at putting up with my incessant chatter!

I got to Holyhead well in advance of the time it would usually take via the train and felt confident that I was in good hands all the way.

This is not a cheap way to travel but if you really have to get there with a high degree of certainty, in comfort and need the personal touch, I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I arranged a transfer to Gatwick recently. As a frequent user of London airports on business and compared with other executive firms I found the service to be excellent. The service was prompt, courteous and driving of a very professional level as regards road management. I would certainly use LEC again and highly recommend them.

We recently used the service to take us to Heathrow and to meet us on our return. The fee seemed expensive at first but compared with long stay parking it was excellent value. Mass public transport was out of the question with three cases, hand baggage and, on the return, duty free.
Both drivers were excellent and friendly. The car was very clean and tidy. We relaxed from Market Harborough to terminal 2 and it was a perfect start to the holiday.
The return journey was appreciated even more. Door to door service after sequential flights of 10 and 14 hours was blissful. Waiting for a coach to Leicester and then a bus or train to Market Harborough and taxi to home for us an all our baggage was a non-starter! We are so thankful that we splashed out and will certainly use the service again.

Flying out from Birmingham airport I considered the options of a hotel room the night before versus an airport transfer - I am so glad I opted for the transfer service! Mark was on time, the car was immaculate, help with the luggage and a nice, laid back drive that really put a first class shine on our holiday - we will definitely be using the service again, cannot recommend highly enough!

I booked them for my partners 60th birthday surprise to take us to a Michelin Star Restaurant in Birmingham and I couldn’t have been more delighted by their efficiency, professionalism and their friendly, without being too intrusive, attitude.

Our driver, David, did an excellent job explaining the area and giving us great ideas on places to visit. The car and service were excellent. Our journey to and from Heathrow airport was so relaxing. Despite a puncture our driver arrived early for the outward journey. Changes to our return flight meant contacting Mark to inform him of a different terminal and time. Our driver was there waiting for us as we left the terminal.
