Leicester Movers and Storers (LMS) Reviews 

After a stressful week of not knowing if we were going to move or not, LMS were so helpful and even though it was all last minute made the day stress free, the guys on the day were on time and very efficient, it was hot and a long distance move but they just got on with it, would highly recommend.

Moving is stressful and we were very lucky that we were able to find a company that were able to explain the moving process and support us before and during our moving day. From start to finish, we were able to go around each room and tell them what we were moving from the old house to New. as we work for time we were able to do this process remotely and it was really helpful as it allowed us to identify items that we wanted to move. This allows them to share with us how long the move would take and if we need any support packing some of our precious items.
As we have children, we wanted to make sure that we use a company that he’s good with small children as this help to reduce the stress on our moving day.
moving is not something that we see ourself doing quite often. However, we did spend some time exploring different companies.

LMS arrived on time and carried out our move professionally and courteously
The guys were extra helpful in putting furniture in correct positions they used floor covering to protect our carpets on ground floor and up the stairs
All in all it was a very good experience for us

All correspondence was responded to quickly. On the day of moving the 2 men arrived on time, they were both friendly and courteous and packed the house quickly with no issues.
When we arrived at our new home they unpacked the van and placed all items in the room of our choosing and they also helped to plumb in our washing machine as it was in a tight place.
I would recommend this company to anyone moving.

The company was easy to work with. Every person we saw was really pleasant and obliging. The team were very hard working and respectful of everything, but also good fun.

LMS moved our house and garden over 2 days, including several large, established planted containers. His team were friendly, polite and made an otherwise nightmare experience more bearable! I had done most of the actual packing myself, but the rest of the furniture was moved with care and respect. Also took advantage of the bed dismantle and rebuild service, which was definitely money well spent!!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LMS, though with any luck, I’ll never move again! 😂😂

The team turned up on time and got stuck into the moving straight away, they asked me questions and assured me throughout. At the house I moved to there was a delay with the key release, there was no complaints from the team and they waited patiently and emptied the furniture into my new home when I had the keys.

LMS have been brilliant and helped me through the whole process of moving. I suffer with extreme anxiety and the men that moved me were really kind and understanding and patient with me.

There were no breakages, as I was worried about some of my art and ceramics. They really took care in packing everything, which was amazing because I was so stressed about the packing.

They worked quickly and efficiently and I was moved into my new house earlier than expected.

Really happy with the whole service and I will definitely be recommending to people.

Excellent service from LMS for packing/moving/furniture assembly on my recent house move. They were able to slot me in at short notice, and arrived promptly on the agreed date and time. Our belongings were handled with great care and were packed very neatly in the van. The movers were very patient when unloading at the new property (as I was trying to decide where furniture should go), and just overall a very pleasant experience for what should have been a stressful event. We also used LMS on our previous move, and the service was just as great then. Reasonably priced and brilliant service - thank you!

Great experience. Very professional and organized. Had packaging materials delivered beforehand. Took away all the stress of moving home. Nothing was ever too much. Very friendly too. I would definitely recommend.

The guys are very friendly and professional. There was miscommunication regarding storage and Lee got it sorted quickly.
