Liars & inflated prices on some items
Called to check an item was physically in stock, was assured 100% that it was in their warehouse & wouldn’t be ordered from the manufacturer as I already knew they were stock out & back orders. Placed the order, which was approx £100 more expensive than RRP, I accepted this as I needed the item & paid extra for express delivery. 48h later and several emails sent - sorry we don’t have in stock. Caused problems & ultimately ruined a planned trip - so wouldn’t use these again

The delivery was quick & within the…
The delivery was quick & within the timescale promised. Quite extensive assembly required which wasn't anticipated but nothing we couldn't handle.
Unfortunately the packaging was punctured in transit & the back of the seat frame was slightly scratched but not sufficient to warrant a return. This was down to the carrier not Leisure Depot.

Simple and straightforward ordering at a good price. Fast dispatch but slow delivery due to Royal Mail who misdirected the parcel. The water tank lockable cap fits perfectly and I am more than pleased with the service - many thanks!

Poor customer service. Avoid
I paid for express delivery as I needed the item next day. I ordered at 7am and had to call that afternoon to see if it would be delivered next day. No one could give me any information. Called the next day as no email to confirm delivery but was offered the postage refund (which I have still not received) was told would be delivered next day. Called later that afternoon as still no confirmation email and was told definitely being delivered next day. Next day came and no confirmation email again. Called back and was told the depot is shut Saturday and we don’t think it will be delivered. Was told will get a call back within the hour. 2 hours later I called again and all I was told is there is nothing they can do. I asked for a refund as I needed the item this weekend and was told it would take 24/48 hours to go back on the card. And guess what. Still no refund. I will not buy from this company again! Terrible customer service.

Dx have failed to deliver the item twice and have returned it to Leisure Depot. I am still waiting to be contacted so that I can collect direct from Leominster. I am not happy.
