An excellent website, appealing showroom, competitive prices and knowledgeable staff…all let down by non-existent customer service that negates the supposed positives.
When I placed an order for a log-cabin early in June, having been impressed by everything I saw at the premises on the outskirts of Goole, I was told to expect a confirmatory telephone call the following day.
Installation, I was surprised to learn, would be undertaken “within 10 to 12 days”.
Most impressive indeed, I thought…
Three weeks later - and despite sending an unanswered e-mail after hearing nothing at all from the company - I can only assume that my business is neither welcome nor required.
I do hope that Leisure Timber Products go from strength to strength, but, based on my experience, I’d be surprised if the Amazon has anything to fear.
Now, having dismantled my old summerhouse in readiness for its anticipated replacement, I’d better start my search for alternative suppliers.
After all, such cabins don’t grow on trees…
Recenty bought a shed they were an excellent company to deal with, they delivered and erected the shed when they said they would very pleased with the quality and build of the shed - would not hesitate to buy from them again
I ordered from these after an other company let me down badly (see other reviews for the name).
I can't praise them enough, not only was the order delivered in around a week but we were kept informed throughout & the driver was lovely, helpful & polite.
Seeing the wood made me glad I found them, better quality & a really good price. Honestly, I wish all my purchases were as simple as this one.

Absolute 5STAR service. Great communication, advise, and delivery was on time and also carried it through to the rear garden. 83 lengths of 5.1mtr laplog cladding.
