All was going good great customer service from kelly ,up until the when I was just about to dispatch the board a different staff replied and said they ONLY deal with vat registered companies.

After I paid aircon chap £120 to take it for me,very disappointed with this company they should have made it clear I wouldn't have wasted my time or money.

Can't recommend this crowd enough! Had a major machine breakdown in the factory, and these lads fixed the part in a few minutes. True professionals!

I will never use this company again! We have been waiting since August, first off we went the non express route and they couldn't tell us when they would be able to assess our part. We then paid the additional fee to fast track it, was given a date it would be ready and now 11 days later they won't answer the phone and i have no idea where my part is or what status it is at. Absolutely appalling service.

We had 2 Paradigm Babel Boxes that required repair.

We made contact with LeKtronix who at this point were very efficient in picking up the boxes from our office at no expense to us.

We then received a quote for the repair that was far too high in our opinion and therefore made contact with the company and informed them that we would not be going ahead with the repair and requested the return of the boxes.

We were told that they would be returned forthwith.
Since that time which was nearly 6 weeks ago we have not received the Boxes back despite emails and phone calls chasing.

At one point 4 weeks ago we were informed the Boxes would be sent back by DHL the following day however at present we are still in a position where the boxes have not been returned and now emails and phone calls are being ignored.

We would not recommend this company due to the very poor service that we have received and are now having to consider what to do to get back our Paradigm Babel Boxes.

25/02/2021 Update.

I have today received a call from Sophie at Lektronix who apologised for the level of service that we had received and promised to get the Babel Boxes returned to us by same day Courier.

Sophie explained that there was no excuse however there had been a change recently in personnel and the member of staff was not fully aware of the returning of items and the timing.

I can confirm that the Boxes arrived exactly as Sophie had promised and the matter has been resolved.

Sophie also took the time to keep in touch at each step of the way and I was able to confirm to her that the Boxes had been received.

I would like to state that the level of service in our eyes has been restored and we thank Sophie for the time that she took in making sure the matter was resolved.

One of the most well known companies I ever known with all my duties there, I am really happy that I do have a chance to make it really possible with everything. Let's hope everything will work out anyway for whatever reason if you need som electronic repair;)
