You will not get the expected scent
After having couple of small Another 13 testers I fell in love with the scent and invested in full size bottle. To my disappointment the perfume received was awful and smelled nothing like Another 13. Myself and others noticed nothing but sharp smell of cheap mens deodorant or room freshener - no intricate fragrance tones characteristic to Another 13, or even any tones whatsoever. First, it was suggested that perfume needs time to mature as it was freshly mixed. Its been 2 months since I purchased it, and no notes have developed. The perfume was picked up for investigation where it was deemed to be a "high performing" perfume and nothing wrong was found. I received a replacement which still smells awfully same. It must be a bad batch Le Labo does not want to admit. The perfume is so bad, it doesn't take chemist to figure out something went wrong during mixing process.

I purchased the 500$ diffuser one year…
I purchased the 500$ diffuser one year ago.
It stopped working, so I politely wrote the company asking to repair knowing that the warranty had expired.
That did not work so I took it apart and found the small air compressor was damaged due to glue in the fan. (Manufacturer problem)
Again, I write asking if the company would sell me the part. They responded with “we do not make parts available to clients”
Did some investigation and found the exact part from a robotics store at a cost of $4.00.
Yes 4.00 bucks. !!!! I repaired the unit in 5 minutes.
This product is a total rip off !!!

A perfume of quality should last. Much as I love the scent: it becomes undetectable after half an hour. My previous favourite high end perfume at a comparable price lingers for weeks.

GIFT CARD !! Impossible !
I am trying to use a 250 euro gift card and it seems impossible ! You cannot use in store and the stores in stores do not accept the vouchers and deliver from online orders . I have changed the order to go to a London address rather than Portugal to pick up from friends next time I am in London . But then I get almost to the end and attempt to offset the voucher value only to be told that the code is not valid ! Its frustrating in the extreme and impossible to get any support !

Customer Service unresponsive
It’s been nearly 3 weeks since a bought one of their bottle in Heathrow Airport, after contacting their customer service team 3 times, I had no answer, no options for my problem. Definitely they try to build a high quality brand but this is far from reality. Shame
They simply don't ship nor answer
They produced a tracking number and never sent the package it's been a week. They refuse to answer any of the emails i sent them. I'm now forced to contact my bank to start a credit card dispute.
The spray bottles do not work
Be careful if you order samples; more often than not, the spray bottles do not work and the perfume gets stuck in the bottle. Waste of money!

Lelabofragrances is the worst thing ever. I placed an order on November 21st, but Lelabo has refused to ship my order. I have texted them on every app and email, yet they still refuse to send my stuff.
Terrible customer service. Received a gift card which cannot be used
We received a gift card for Le Labo (which was purchased online, from another country), however, the stores where we live won't accept it, and neither will the 'online' stores in other markets. I've emailed all the various contacts shown online (repeatedly) and still no response from any of them.
Winners and losers
My son recently stayed in a hotel that had le labo products and was very impressed by the scents.
He liked them so so much he ordered a lot of products in the store nearby.
I went online to the Le Labo website to order some body lotion and some perfume samples.
The website is very user unfriendly and from what I've read here, they need to have a more excellent customer service.
In the end, I ordered from Brown Thomas in Dublin, and paid twice the online Le labo price.
So that's a win for Brown Thomas and a loss for Le Labo I guess lol.

Most samples don't spray. Overpriced.
The fragrances are often excellent, but largely overpriced.
If you buy smaples, do not expect the spray bottles to work. You will mostly be stuck with £50 worth of perfume that you can't get out of the bottle because ALL 5 spray bottles do not spray.
Plus Le Labo randomly up their prices to an extortionate degree. Those samples that were £4 a couple of weeks ago? They're £10 now.
I think it's time people look elsewhere for the hundreds of other quality perfumiers who are fairly priced.
I made two orders from this website
I made two orders from this website, for 4 different samples each time. The second order had 4 sample vials but one was a scent I didn't order so I emailed the concierge listed on the website. I was told a sample of the scent that was missing would be sent and they confirmed my address. Several weeks have gone by and nothing from le labo and no answer to my emails. Perhaps a blessing in disguise...I was going to order a larger size of the neroli and the jasmine as soon as I received the missing scent for a further comparison but in the lag time I realized that while nice, they aren't worth the price.
The scents don't last as a good perfume should. Shame...

My best friend ordered, as a surprise, for my birthday a personalised perfume Another 13 #LeLabo.
There was an issue with the delivery, from what I understood, but the customer service has been extremely efficient and responsive and so I have received my perfume which is above and beyond expectations.
It combines jasmine & moss which leads to a fabulous fine & subtle fragrance that actually lasts all day.
What a great birthday surprise ☺
Bottom line - this is going to be my new potion ❤🖤
