Expensive and No Returns

I've purchased from this company several times. I enjoy many of their fragrances. However, you get a small amount of fragrance for $50-$85. They used to offer free samples that were packaged in little glass vials. That way u had enough product to try the fragrance in different environments. Now, the send cheap fragrance paper samples packaged in little foil envelopes. Additionally u now pay to try. Ridiculous! Lastly, customer service has declined drastically. After spending over $100 in product, their "concierge" refused to honor a return item. If u dont like a fragrance, too bad. You're stuck with it and out $50.

Best Quality Scents and Diffusers!!

I have been a scent lover and connoisseur all my life. This brand has the best quality scents and diffusers I've ever encountered! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, and the value for the price can't be beat! Their customer service team is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to every question! I'm a fan for life!

Great Home Fragrance Brand

The fragrances are very thoughtfully made with pets, kids, and sustainably in mind. The packaging is very nice and the room sprays and fragrance bottles feel very high quality. The brand has a lot of options and collections inspired by hotels and designer fragrances. My favorite scent is Celui.
