Doesn't heat up, doesn't massage. Waste of money. It just doesn't work. It turns on, but just doesn't do anything.

Return policy is not working with this company. By this time taking an advice from citizen advice for to take some action against this company. If you can do not buy, this thing is useless and cheap for high price. Scam
