I had a very good experience with the clinic. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The doctors explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. The clinic is very clean and modern, and the whole process was well organized.

Harley Street UK standard for the fraction of the price
My husband had 9 implants and all remaining crowns done at Lema dental clinic Istanbul. We highly recommend the clinic as they use the latest equipment and technology comparable to Harley Street in London. We went twice: once in July 2025 to have all X rays and extractions done and metal bridge inserted. We came back to UK, everything healed very well and husband was given temporary dentures to be used for 6 months. He then flew again in January 2026 for 2 weeks to have all implants inserted and new crowns fitted.
Additionally, full body scans and examinations were done and included in price. He came back home very happy with a big smile on his face, very proud of his healthy, natural looking teeth. Most importantly, he’s no longer in pain, years of toothache are finally over and he can eat properly. We highly recommend Lema Dental cleaning, we would not hesitate to use their services again. Hi everyone,
I first messaged Lema Dental Clinic on WhatsApp. Within minutes they replied and asked me to send photos of my teeth. The same day I got a cost estimate and had a video call with Fatih. He explained the whole process very clearly, what to expect and answered all my questions.
I booked my flight myself before and just sent them the confirmation. Everything was registered straight away and all transfers from airport to hotel and to the clinic were perfectly organised.
A big thank you to my interpreter Gülay. She stayed with me the whole time, came to every appointment and calmly explained every single step whenever I had questions.
So far I’ve had two implants and some extractions done, everything was completely painless and stress-free. In about 3 months the remaining crowns will be fitted. This is only my interim impression, but I’m already 100% sure the final result will be just as good.
The price was exactly in the range I expected. The initial cost estimate was really good and it’s normal that a few things add up during the treatment.
You can really tell the clinic is very well organised and runs like clockwork. They handle a huge number of patients every day. That’s why I fully trust that these people have tons of experience and will deliver a really nice final result.
Everything felt super pleasant and completely stress free. You always have several contact persons available 24/7 who check in to see if you’re okay or need anything , that makes you feel very safe. The clinic is extremely clean and professional, and before every treatment they offer you something to eat and drink so you’re not on an empty stomach. :-)
Special thanks again to Fatih! You made everything so easy and relaxed right from the start!

Second visit review
My finals have been completed in early November and I wanted to wait a little while to see how they settled to give a more honest review. My teeth have been absolutely perfect, the seconds visit I have had no actual pain and even on arriving home they have been fantastic, they look among the best I have ever seen (which is why I choose Lema in the first place, as I feel no other company’s look as good as Lema’s). My gums have healed and are the best they have ever been, I can floss, water floss without any issues. Everyone who has seen my teeth even have said they are the best they have seen, they are so natural looking and not fake or bulky looking. The staff at Lema clinic I have to say again are truly amazing, I had Miranda this time looking after me and I felt like I had always known her, she was brilliant and really looked after me. My doctor was Dr Muhammad who is a true perfectionist and it shows, his work is out of this world and he is so compassionate and skilled at what he does, his dental assistant was also amazing on both visits and so gentle and caring, truely adored her too. There was a loverly receptionist who’s name I didn’t get but by day two had rememberd my name and greeted me every day who sat on the left side of reception without even having to give my name, it’s those little things that mean the most when your at a vulnerable time and make you feel reassured and safe. I’d also like to really thank Cindy, who I had from start to finish from the whole thing, who always answered and reassured me with every question I had, none was too much and she was always there for me, when ever I needed it. She is so caring and truely amazing at her job and I have been so greatful of her through the full process. I have no doubt at this point which if there were any issues with my teeth that I would be in safe hands also, I have recommended Lema to so many people and will continue to do so as I believe they are the best at what they do and also care for teeth and gum health not just the aesthetics of your smile. From the beginning to the end of my treatment the team were so professional using the most up to date technology all with one goal to provide me with the perfect smile.
From the translators to Dr Tolga who provided the end result.
I was very apprehensive when I started my treatment in June 2025. The treatment included the removal of all of my teeth to implants and crowns being fitted. This was all down to medical reasons and not for glamour.
I was treated with respect and throughout the process the stages were provided.
It’s not just about the treatment it also involves the ladies who constantly provide the water the biscuits and other drinks right down to popcorn 😊

I especially want to say a huge thank you to Aylin. She was absolutely incredible. From day one, she went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process. She was always kind, patient, and supportive. I genuinely felt like I was her patient because of the level of care and attention she gave me even though we met there and she didn’t arrange my arrival.
What really stood out is that she answered my questions and enquiries even outside her working hours. That kind of dedication is rare, and it meant so much to me. She made everything easier, stress-free, and personal. Lema Clinic is very lucky to have someone like her!!!
I would also like to highly recommend Dr. Erdal. He is an outstanding dentist— educated, gentle, professional, experienced, and extremely precise in his work. Hi all, i had a beautiful experience with the Lema Dental Clinic, I chose this clinic because I think is one of the best in turkey nice people from the doctors, nurses, translators (Emir)taxi drivers nice hospitality and I’m happy with the job they done for me
