A poor excuse of quality
Absolutely garbage quality to caviar,or to be completely honest-no quality at all. Caviar was bitter to taste,tasted old and stale and was drowning in excess liquid which indicated that it was most likely has been frozen for god knows how long before my order was made. Taking in consideration overly positive"reviews" on Lembergs site, I am 100% they are fake. Awful.
The worst customer experience and…
The worst customer experience and terrible caviar. I ordered caviar for Christmas on December 22. There was no mention anywhere on the website about extended delivery times. The delivery was promised within 1–2 business days. Until the 27th, there was no response from customer support. I emailed several times and called asking to cancel the order, since I no longer needed the caviar and was leaving on the morning of the 29th. All my messages were ignored. And on the 27th I received a notification saying that the order had been handed over for delivery — basically implying it was my fault for not choosing VIP delivery, and that I could just refuse to accept the order. As a result, on the evening of the 28th, the caviar was simply left at my door, with no option to refuse it. I had to eat it in a hurry. Well, “eat” is an overstatement — it turned out to be completely inedible. I threw away most of the jar. Quality — 1 out of 10. Never order anything from these people if you’ve ever tasted real caviar.
Deception
The last time I ordered from them, the website said express delivery including Saturday, I ordered on Friday morning, received a message that the delivery would be on Monday, they do not respond to messages, express delivery cost 15£

I ordered one tin of 500g keta caviar and 50g of amur royal. Received 1 tin of 400 g keta cavia. Had to go through all trouble with contacting Lemberg with no result only luckily on my third attempt I reached person who solved the issue They send me my order and asked to return previous tin, which I happily did. But it took me few days of my working time to sort their mistake. But when I open my caviar it was a mash of caviar. I won't but again. Overt bad experience.
Shocking experience
Shocking experience. Ordered trout caviar and pink salmon caviar online in London from their UK site. Pink caviar we haven not opened yet, but trout we opened today. It is a 400g tin and when I opened it, it was completely off, faul smell and froth. I let it breeze, but the smell would not go away. It's it completely unsafe to eat. I contacted them for refund explaining what has happened but their policy is that if it's opened, you only get 50% refund. Even if it's off! Shocking. What company in the UK would have such a policy, I wonder if it's legitim at all? Not even an apology in the email. I will be reporting them to trading standards tomorrow. I hope my pink salmon caviar is ok, but I am not optimistic.
Insufficient quality control
I ordered caviar from Lemberg, but when it arrived, the expiration date on the tins was less than a month away. It also looked as if someone had tried to alter the year from 2025 to 2026 with a black pen, which was very concerning. I initially reported the issue to Lemberg but received no response, and their customer support seemed non-existent at the time.
Update: I have since received a partial refund, so I have improved my rating accordingly.
Selling damaged goods as caviar
This was my second purchase from this company. I usually buy a lot, 1 kilo or more. The first purchase was ok-ish, not up to my expectations with lots of liquid in the caviar, a some burst eggs but ok-ish. The second purchase was an absolute scam. The product was called Pink Salmon Caviar ALASKA GOLD, 250g and inside the can there was a soup, not caviar, it was all burst and swimming in liquid. Absolutely disgusting.
The worst thing is that they missell by showing the photos of the different type of caviar on the pictures for this product. I think this is illegal. I requested a return and they told me this product was low price and therefore "for taste, not for presentation". However this was never explained on the website. I would have paid higher price for a different type if they clearly indicated that this one is sub-standard.
They also demanded that I return the products with the ice inside in the origial packaging. How can I do that? I was supposed to open the box, then open the can right away in order to check what I bought? Of course I assumed I bought a good product and put it in the fridge until the moment I was using it and I disposed of the packaging.
Such horrible customer service.

Best Caviar in London
This is by far the best caviar in London! I always come here and go for the Amur Royal sturgeon caviar and the Keta salmon roe without preservatives: absolutely divine!! The quality is unmatched: fresh, delicate, and truly luxurious.
On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the boutique itself is just stunning – elegant, stylish, and perfectly located in the heart of the city.
A true hidden gem for anyone who loves caviar or simply wants to experience something exceptional.
Best caviar I’ve found in London
I moved to London a few months ago and had such a hard time finding really good caviar until I came across Lemberg. I’ve now tried almost every type they have, and I’m honestly blown away by the quality and the prices.
My favourite is definitely the Osietra: smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced. You can really taste the freshness. The staff are also amazing. The girls are always happy to recommend something based on your taste and budget.
Also, I love the style of the store especially the blue !! It is so elegant and chic.
It’s become one of my favourite spots - a place I keep coming back to whenever I want to treat myself or pick up something special. Keep going!

I recently bought my caviar directly in the Lemberg store and was so impressed! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. The caviar is absolutely delicious — fresh, rich in flavor, and beautifully packaged. You really can't beat the quality for the price. Even our dog refused their caviar
Horrible scum company. Beware of your and your people health. I got delivery of fake 'Golden Red caviar and after opening the can was just puke out. It was a Horrible stench and something messy and mushy inside the can. Sorry, I am Russian and I know how a Real caviar looks and smell. Even our dog started howling when we did try to make him sniff it.
Never by anything from Lemberg. Scum company. And after my complaint they dared to offer me 20% off for my next purchase.
I will bring this product to the lab to discover the full extend of the danger.

I purchased 4 jars of caviar as i do on a monthly basis, several times of which have been ordered from Lemberg.
Last month, I received caviar that had gone bad. I contacted Lemberg the same day of receiving it to inform them that it was mushy and foul smelling.
They replied advising me to send in pictures of the caviar as proof to which I done. They then replied saying a "caviar specialist" advised it looked normal! and advised that if i wanted a refund I must return the jars unopened. They knew the jars had been opened as they asked me to do so in order to send them pictures of it! they advised I can have 10% off future purchases as if I would want a future purchase.
Do not use this company. Although they may be slightly cheaper than others, you're not saving when they send you out all your caviar that's not obtainable and customer service is not willing to help.
To tell a customer to send pictures of the caviar then refuse a return if the jars are open is nothing less than disgusting!
I ordered 1kg frozen caviar
I ordered 1kg frozen caviar, it came full defrost and I can’t frozen it second time ( you can see it on the package: ones defrost, don’t freeze it again)
Another thing- black caviar came with end off the date only 1 month!!!! I left complain by email. A manager answered, that it was my choice. Really??? It was my choice to order a caviar with soon expired date???? Never again!
If I can detached photos from all items, I would do it. But here is no opinion
Inedible
Ordered keta caviar and it was inedible. Quality was bad, lots of eggs were burst and it swam in lots of liquid. Then decided to give it another chance after half a year, have ordered keta caviar again and it had such a bitter taste, had to throw the whole half a kilo can away
