They fool you in their shop to make you think that the rank apply to all game modes. Like when you Google lemoncloud ranks, and click the first link, it immediately takes you to the sky block ranks, making you think that their ranks for the entire server because it is not stated on that page that those ranks only apply to skyblock. I bought a sky block rank thinking it was for survival. The only way you can ever see it on the website itself is if you go click on store menu at the top, click on one of the game modes drop downs, and ONLY THE do you see ranks, and only which then you would have to put 2 and 2 together and realize that ranks only apply to the game mode and not the entire server. It never explicitly states that on the website.

I spent about $73.76 on rank upgrades (Overlord and Warlord) thinking they were actual ranks. The store allowed me to purchase them even though I don’t own the base ranks required to use them.

After purchasing, I found out the upgrades cannot even be activated unless you already own the previous ranks. That means the purchases are basically unusable unless you spend additional money.

In my opinion the store should prevent players from buying upgrades they cannot use, or clearly warn buyers before checkout. Right now it’s very easy to think you are buying a rank when you are actually buying an upgrade that cannot be used.
