Order Never Arrived – No Response from Company

I ordered 2 x 13-inch drum cymbals from lemoncymbals.co.uk on 1st December 2024 and have yet to receive anything. I paid a significant amount of money for these cymbals and expected at least some level of customer service.

Since placing the order, I’ve tried contacting Lemon Cymbals multiple times via email and their listed phone number, but I haven’t received a single response. It’s now been months, and I have no idea where my order is—or if I’ll ever receive it.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I’m left feeling completely ignored and out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Delivered on time and am very pleased with the product's performance.

I've had the 3 ply drum heads on now for 2 weeks they are great sounding and believe it or not they are quieter than my 2 ply heads. But I had to take the snare head off to fix a connection and noticed that the head was very stretched and wrinkly which i thought was unusual as I bought them because the reviews are good but when I put the head back on the screws went right down to the last thread to get them tensioned which was the whole point of getting new ones. When I first put them on I used 2 and a half turns but I noticed they kept loosing tension and had to keep retentioning them so I was no better off than with the old 2 ply heads exept they play better. I thought 3 ply was less stretchy and more hard wearing?🤔

Very bad customer support. They respond rudely and don't answer even very simple questions.

I had managed to crack my roland cymbals, resulting in the choke problem. I tried the cutting them open and cleaning the contacts and gluing the cracks, but that was only ever going to be a temporary solution. Roland cymbals are waaay too expensive for what they are, so I took a look at the lemon ones and ordered a pair of crashes from edrummer.co.uk There was a little problem with their supplier but edrummer emailed me with the details and gave me some options. I opted for the next cymbal size up, and the order was processed and delivered quickly, with the delivery being easily trackable. The parcel arrived neatly and securely wrapped, and the lemon cymbals work a treat with my TD-25.

Simple to order cymbals arrived quickly and well protected the 3 I got look and sound fantastic very well pleased with everything from start to finish except this isn't the finish I will definitely be ordering more gear soon and will be highly recommending Lemon to fellow drummers

Great little cymbal, I use it as a splas and crash. Effectively emulating size I used to have when owning an acoustic kit. VG price, robust and works seamless with Roland kit👍
