Excellent communication exceeded my expectations as far as reimbursement for my Lemon car. I went so far as to refer a friend who also was awarded a cash settlement. Gabriela was a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be happier. I will continue to recommend them so people don’t experience a car that doesn’t function correctly.

They literally wasted my time almost…
They literally wasted my time almost half a year, just to say hey, you have a strong case then to tell me, oh, we can't do nothing. No offense, but Sarah was very lazy. That was the lawyer I was assigned did some of my own digging on her. And had seen nothing but bad reviews. I'm leaving this review today. Because my case is finally settled through easy lemon law which is 5 star highly recommended for a law group. If you don't want to hear a whole bunch of B.S then I recommend Don't Go through these guys.👎 and also like to say that's why easy lemon law was able to do something and to say, you guys ain't at fault, you guys dropped me knowing it was a case.
I'm honest when I leave my reviews and this is my honest opinion. If I could upload my messages and show them stating, I had a strong case, it shows that they're lying already only if I could upload all statements made from them taking my case to dropping my case to lack of communication to wasting my time.

Well I don’t have a final outcome, not due to Lemon Law Group , but fact my Lemon is back in service again and it’s been 3 weeks with no diagnosis still ! And same electrical crap since I received truck ! Overall Lemon Law group has been on top of my situation and has kept me informed…… I just hope in end I’m happy with results

These people are taking cases that they are not willing to go to court on. They have taken two cases against Ford for me. One was for a $50,000 2023 F150 they only got me $10,000 all inclusive because they didn’t wanna fight with Ford or go to court then they had a chance with our 2021 Ford Bronco sport and Ford gave no settlement offer after the rear end being replaced twice and other attempts at fixing it failed and this group said Ford has made no offer so we’re closing the case and when I threatened to take my case from them before they said well if you change Attorneys, you’ll no longer have an opportunity to file a lemon law case they are cheats they are thieves and they are liars and I am filing a grievance with the Texas Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau

Best experience overall. I tried to get the manufacturer to buy back my car by myself and was denied both times. The Lemon Law Group was able to get it done and in a quick manor. I recommend using them 1,000%.
