Awful company and customer service

Awful company and customer service. I ordered through boohoo and it took forever to arrive, even though I paid for next day delivery, the event I bought the outfit for had come and gone, and my order still hasn’t arrived. It finally came and they sent the wrong size! They make the refund process such a hassle as I can only return through lemonlunar , and no return details are sent. Am I expected to find the return address and pay for the return? Just a completely terrible experience and will avoid lemonlunar & boohoo. Customer service has been awful from both sides. Also, whilst you’re waiting for your order to arrive , no updates are provided. I had no idea when my order would come, as they hadn’t sent any information.

Really disappointing experience

Really disappointing experience. There were 2 dresses that I really liked, but they both said pre-order and also both had a banner that said 'available for next day delivery' so I ordered the items and sent an email straight after asking for clarity about when the items would come. They said it should be shipped to me within a week. I asked them to make sure, because I am going on holiday and needed the items for the holiday - so if they won't be posted within the week then they should cancel my order. Long story short, the items didn't arrive before my holiday (they even lied and told me it had been shipped out, when it hadn't). It also took a very long time for me to be able to arrange and get my refund. And to add insult to injury, whilst I was waiting for my items to be delivered (3-4 weeks), I saw the same items being advertised for CHEAPER on their website and on Debenhams. They blamed the Christmas period for this issue, but I placed my order way before Christmas...

SCAM COMPANY!!!
I ordered 10+ days ago, on NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I have still not received my parcel, nor had any updates or response from the company itself.

Emailed multiple times with no response.

Ignored for 2 months when contacted…

Ignored for 2 months when contacted multiple times by email, paid next day delivery the order finally came 2 months later, but missing an item. Still being ignored as trying to return the items as I don’t need them anymore but their returns window has passed, although I recieved the parcel last week.

AWFUL company.

AWFUL company.

Customer service is shocking!!! I placed an order in December with next day delivery for a party the following weekend.

17 DAYS LATER the dress arrived with no prior communication to my emails wondering where it was, the party had been and gone, didn't need the item anymore and because it had been over "14 days" since order, I couldn't return it via the returns portal when I tried to return the SAME DAY IT ARRIVED. I have emailed several times and am being completely ignored.

Horrendous company and will never buy again.

Horrendous quality and dont fall into the ‘return policy’ trap. You only get store credit to which you dont want to spend on more terrible, cheaply made clothes. Shein quality if not worse but 4x the price. AVOID

Miss sold an item on the Boohoo…

Miss sold an item on the Boohoo platform, it stated it was returnable within 28 days. It was under Tops category.
It arrived delayed and after the event, did not try it, obviously too small.
Loved the quality and was surprised to see what had arrived was not exactly what was described on Boohoo as this was shape wear.
Would have loved an exchange.
Reached out to Lemonlunar and was rejected a refund do to their own policies on their own website.
Unfortunately they have lost out on a new customer.
I spoke with someone at Lemonlunar again to explain about the Boohoo website issue and they still refused the exchange.
Very poor customer service, products very small but a shame as they look well made.

Missing item, no refund!!

I placed an order via Debenhams on Christmas Eve with express delivery. 3 weeks later parcel arrived with only one item of 2. Debenhams made a big mistake getting this brand online.

I fell in love with the dress and…

I fell in love with the dress and colour too because it gave an autumn look and winter look season. I love how it fitted well also the details with the gems were a good touch to the dress it truly was an inspo dress for birthdays and met galas.

So I would definitely purchase again thank you.

If I could review -200 stars I would SCAM / CON COMPANY , I returned my item with proof of postage , have emailed the customer service team over 10 times, they are ignoring me and keeping my refund hostage, awful company

Sent me a faulty dress with a hole in. Returned at start of December. Still no refund. They emailed saying they’d give me store credit but I don’t see why I should receive this when it’s not my fault I’m returning it, I’m only returning it because it’s faulty. They’re now ignoring my emails

My item got lost in the post so they refunded me for the item after waiting ages but they didn’t refund my postage even though I never received the item. Why should I pay postage for an item I didn’t receive? Awful customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Horrible quality extremely overpriced and a very difficult return process. For some reason I was only refunded for one item and not given an explanation even though I sent two back! Avoid. Customer service also takes a long time to reply and is unhelpful.

Awful awful company

Awful awful company. I ordered a two piece set on the 19th of December. Courier lost the parcel and said it was delivered but lemonlunar said it was returned to them on the 30th of December. It’s now the 12th of January and I’m yet to receive the refund. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Unreliable and useless customer service.

Order items which never arrived they then said they was lost in transit after I HAD TO CHASE THEM then said they would send new ones out its been nearly month since I ordered on express delivery might I add they then started ignoring my email so had to email again to then be told there waiting for new stock (so why are you taking orders still on your site for items your saying you dont have stock for?). Never order from them again!!!!

My order took weeks to arrive, with very little transparency throughout the process. I received generic update emails that made it appear as though delays were due to shipping couriers, when in reality the order had not been dispatched for a significant period.

If you need an item by a certain date, I would strongly advise against ordering. The lack of transparency and excessive delays make this a risky purchase. I waited all in all nearly a month for one order and 2 weeks for another order which was placed with next day delivery might I add.

Wow if only I read these reviews before…

Wow if only I read these reviews before I purchased. What a terrible company, I ordered an item to be delivered to me on the 19/12/25 it is now the 6/1/26 with no refund on no delivery, just a whole load of emails reluctant to refund me as I didn’t receive my item. This is the worst site. Do not buy not guaranteed your item or refund. Customer service is awful. Please people avoid
