All around excellent experience!

I got a pay off amount, it was paid on the day agreed. for 6 days following myself and my guarantor received threatening emails about taking us to court for non payment. THEN after we called in we got advised it was over paid and we would receive a final bill with the interest left over (which there was none as it was paid) they never apologized, they never responded to ANY email where I stated it was paid and I had to threaten to take to social media to get an invoice showing 0.

Horrible customer service double dipping on loan payments. Threatening legal action if you don't make a payment after already taking payment fromm your account without notifying you that they had done so. When confronted the do nothing. 100% would not recommend doing business with this un professional company that charge loan shark rates to borrow. Worst company I have ever dealt with

My experience with Lendingmate was terrible the service was poor and it felt like they were trying to have you default on a payment rather than help. I paid my loan back early and would never go back to them.

Great company. Helped me and my fiance with what we need. Little bit of a process but I would recommend them.

Don't use. My gaurantor was a long time friend whom i trusted. He walked away with my money in his pockets. I used Lendingmates to consolidate my debt , and in the end got financially ruined because despite having proof of everything that's happened, im still going to be severely impacted by this loan, im still going to be stuck paying back this loan , and lending mates doesn't care that the funds were stolen. So long as I make my payments.

Everything about my was excellent and the customer skills was on point.

Do not expect this company to be flexible or work with you. Terrible customer service... Its like they want you to miss payments... I had asked if I could move the date that I make my payment each month to a day where I actually get paid and they refused. Despite the fact that I never missed a payment and was a good customer. As a matter of fact, I paid the entire loan balance EARLY just to be done with this horrible company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN A ROUGH FINANCIAL SPOT. IT WILL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE.
