Very thorough on what to expect when applying until you have to upload certain documents. They need to include an example of what needs uploaded. Turned into an all day thing trying to finish the application. Once completed it was easy to get the funds sent.

I had to call Lendly today to update some info that had changed and I wasn’t sure how that would pan out but Aerial at customer service couldn’t have been more pleasant and she knew immediately what I was calling about and reassured me my account was good and funds were available. She put me at ease and that made me feel better.

Late payment
I was contacted because of past due payment I explained my situation inform her my checking account was hacked now I am waiting on the bank to respond and hopefully refund my money in which I shall catch up she listen and took notes.
