Hidden charges . You pay in pounds which can fool you that they are a UK store but they deliver from Poland and then FedEx will ask for VAT charges of 45£.

My LennyLamb carrier was delivered with an obvious tear. It's now been 5 weeks - they had me return the damaged carrier but are still refusing to send a replacement or issue a refund because they claim the damage happened in transit. I agree the damage was probably not directly their fault but I've never had this kind of horrible customer service from a company! On top of that, I received a $55 charge from FedEx for import charges. I didn't even realize the carrier was coming from Poland when I ordered it. So now I've been charged $300+ and have no carrier. I would never recommend this company.

I paid a reasonable sum for a baby carrier from Lenny Lamb, plus postage. After I had received the product I was told I needed to pay £43 for taxes due to the product coming from Poland. This was not made clear at the outset.

This was purchased for us as a gift. Putting the quality of the wrap aside, after having the wrap for about a week, we received a bill from FedEx for $36.88 for import fees, which I ignored figuring it to be a scam because we didn't buy anything international.

Come to find it's part of lennylamb policy to bill the RECEIVER for the import fee. Not the buyer, not raise their prices and handle it internally, but make the surprise bill of anyone who receives the product.

Now I'm working with FedEx to appeal this because lennylamb, while promp, is very unhelpful.

The baby carrier was fine but cost £160 so it should have been!
However, 3 weeks later I received an invoice from FedEx for £42.52 for shipping to the UK. I rang the LennyLamb company and spoke to a member of staff in Poland who said that it should have been clear to me from their website. It's basically very vague (no monetary amounts and in the small print under General Shopping Terms point 11. I would never buy from this company again and if you are intending to do so then do consider this additional cost. I feel it should have been highlighted. In any case the amount itself is extreme.

Wonderful products. I love my Lennyupgrade Pro carrier. It's the best carrier I've ever had and it's much better for me than Isara and Ergobaby.
I have back problems and Lennyupgrade Pro is the only carrier that I've tried that I can use without causing me back pain.
It's wonderfully soft and easy to use.
Customer service has been great. They reply quickly and are very helpful.
I live in Denmark but even though though it was an international order between Poland and Denmark, it only took 3 days for me to receive my package. And delivery was cheap.

Wonderful company. Purchased my first wrap from here. The staff are just wonderful, honestly such kind hearted people. Their designs are all original. So beautiful and expressive. Highly recommended.
