The deposit went into a euro wallet on…

The deposit went into a euro wallet on an account I'd set up, I was certain, in pounds, so my £50 converted in at some rate I never saw, landed as a euro figure, and will convert back out at a second rate when I withdraw, costing me a slice each way on money that was sterling the entire time.

Their ticket page lists my message below that request, but the next notice says no reply received
It shut the case
I have asked for it to be reopened rather than lose another day explaining what their page already records

Fantastic service all round!

The prints came promptly and in perfect condition! The website was really intuitive and the Katie was super quick in getting back to me with responses to the questions, so I was able to feel very confident when making the order - fantastic service all round!
