Great service. Quick delivery, came with tools, and really good battery quality - run battery report and it shown it's full capacity 🙌

Good battery at a fair price and delivered quickly.

I ordered a battery after looking the one I needed with Lenovo.
So I ordered one from this site. When it came it was clearly the wrong one. So I asked to return it with the intention of buying the correct one. However total radio silence so I am stuck with a battery I can't use.

Couldn't Input my shipping address in Scotland I got the we do not ship to that address message any time I had to order. To be fair the customer service advised me each step of the way I had to put in a different post code to order then inform them of my order number after I paid then they changed the post code to the correct one after I ordered for the battery to then be shipped to my correct home address. Seemed a bit strange and an extra step, why won't their system confirm a shipping address in Scotland? I've read other reviews about people receiving the wrong batteries I'll see how my battery goes in my laptop.

Ordered a replacement battery for my thinkpad x280 and it was good value and delivered promptly. Installation was easy and has more than doubled the life of the old battery.
Would use again!

Ordered a battery. Received an entirely different and incompatible model ten days later. Went to chat to their support. Unable to issue an RMA number in line with their return process, want me to send the battery back at my own expense and then hope to have this refunded later.
I will be claiming a full refund through PayPal. Shambolic.

Having taken care to check which of the 6 different types for my Lenovo laptop and ordered, I was delighted to get it in 2 days. Changing from the elderly to the new battery took less than an hour; this is the first use using the new battery (after fully charging it) which close to doubled the fully charged state). It seems to be working faster. Packaging good.

It's been a cavalcade of incompetence and accusations. I ordered batteries using the manufacturer part numbers. They shipped the incorrect batteries out, and them accused me of ordering the incorrect items until I provided evidence to the contrary. At this point they shipped the incorrect battery again. I will not use them ever again. The customer service is a joke, and clearly their order system is so broken they can't even fulfil orders to correct mistakes.

battery arrived on time and well packaged. Installation was straight forward but the supplied screwdiver was not a good fit to the battery screws inside the laptop (hence loss of star) but I manged to get round the issue. Currently depleting the battery (as per instructions) and then will repeat. All looking good

Super fast delivery and it works well. It is the second MIIX battery I've gotten from them with the previous one lasting for a couple of good years. With my use and their price the extra life it got me was worth every peny. 100% recommended.

The battery I received was the mirror image of the one I ordered. Customer service immediately rectified the issue. I now have the correct battery installed and laptop working. A happy customer! I would use this company again..

Battery arrived when promised was exactly what I ordered took 30 minutes to install. What more could one ask for?

This low-cost laptop battery replacement isn't the original Lenovo battery (no logo) but it is identical as far as I can see. I needed a new battery for my Thinkpad X1 Extreme. It's fairly easy to replace. LenovoBatteryShop provided instructions on a QR Code link but not for this particular battery (L17C4P72). It's pretty intuitive though. One thing not mentioned anywhere is that Lenovo tell you to disable the internal battery first. You power off the laptop, remove power cord, start it up pressing F1 to get to BIOS, find the Battery option and disable it. The machine immediately powers down. If F1 doesn't work, you can get to the BIOS through a recovery restart - I had to do that. Anyway, take the bottom off with a decent jeweller's screwdriver and you'll see the battery. Avoid static by not wearing scratchy sweater and earth yourself beforehand by touching a water pipe (just in case). LenovoBatteryShop give you a little black plastic lever for removing the battery plug. Take a photo first so you know how it goes back. Find a video if you can showing you how to lever off the plug. I did it VERY gently and it popped out (that was the nerve-wracking part!). If you break the connector you're in trouble so take care. Now remove the battery screws and any thin wire(s) running along the back. The battery lifts out. Put in the new one and fix it with the screws. Put the thin wire back if need be. Now you need to get the plug back in. It's tricky and I had to kink the ribbon back a bit, but once you have it aligned it snaps back in firmly. Don't force it. Bottom back on and start it up. I am typing on the machine now and battery has charged to 100% successfully. Conclusion: a bit scary to do but it works perfectly.

Just a warning, got an extended battery for the thinkpad x270, the battery functioned but underclocked the CPU, might just be an issue with my model though, customer service responded quickly and offered either a replacement or refund, refund went through in around 2 days, I hope the other batteries don't do the underclocking though

The Chromebook battery arrived two days after I placed the order. Never having installed one before I had fitted the new one within an hour. After charging, all is well. Very pleased.
