The products are great quality and received them on time. That being said purchasing and transaction process was cumbersome. Klarna made things overly inconvenient.

Unusable products
Half of contact lenses I bought was so fragile that those broken to pieces after you took those out from liquid/package. Several of those broken in to my eyes witch was quite painful. Can't recommend to anyone. Probably they storage products at wrong tempature or something. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Extremely slow delivery and bad experience
I ordered contacts on June 24 and still have not received them. I really needed them in time as I am going out of town. There was no real-time tracking. I received an extremely inaccurate delivery date on the online portal. When I tried to call and email customer service, I did not get an answer. I was only able to get in touch via Facebook messenger!

It would be nice if you would have a better engagement with Posti though as they could just add the companies name on the slip they deliver to home, it would help to recognize the package. I understand that as we are not their direct clients they don’t really make any effort to improve their services.
