I ordered the goods on 08.11.2018
2-3 working days delivery time .
Till 21.11.2018 was no information
21.11.2018 i sent request.
only after my request i received info.
And only 22.11.2018 my parcel was sent to my address .
Explanation was so
Scheinbar hatte der Hersteller einige Lieferschwierigkeiten; ohne uns zu informieren.
I m sorry it is look funny
And second before to sell some goods you must check the company and if some problem first of all clients must be informed about. 13 days for Europa company deal is too much

Unfortunately it´s really like this. We didn´t get the information about delivery problems by the producent. And it´s difficult to keep an eye on every order. So we aren´t able to act earlier then the customer ask. It´s not nice for us aswell to have such a long delivery time for some products. That´s for sure not normal. Our appologizes.
