I had a great experience with lenus clinic , staff is very professional and very supportive. Doctor is also very good . Transfers was very smooth till airport to hotel and also to the clinic . Will see the results but hairline looks good 👍 recommended

The communication was exceptional. It was quicker and easier to communicate with this company than 95% of companies in the US where I am from. Very professional, and very caring. They explained the process thoroughly and i felt very safe and in good hands during the procedure. I really enjoyed how down to earth the staff was, some people may not like this but I found a level of comfort while in surgery because if this. I will be coming here for my second surgery.

Service was excellent. From the time I contacted them instructions were clear. I was late at Istanbul airport and the driver was patiently waiting for me. Hotel had excellent food. At the hospital the doctors and staff were very kind. Post care instructions were clear. Before and even after leaving Turkey, staff was available to answer questions. They kept close track of my progress. Treatment is working very well! One of the best decisions of my life.

I had my beard transplant at the end of December 2024, it’s been now 7 months and I’m very happy with the results so far!
My chin area is lacking behind compared to the rest of my beard but I was told that it would hopefully catch up with the rest of my beard as this is still not the final results of the transplant.
The customer service of Lenus Clinic is superb, they are a clinic that follow up with you at every milestone to show your results to the doctor and let you know exactly what to do even after the transplant has been completed, they are always available to you to answer any of your questions as well. I’m at my 7 month mark and they are still in contact with me.
Their job isn’t completed after the transplant is done, they are with you every step of the way even after the transplant.
Highly recommended, and will make sure to update my review once my 1 year mark has been reached to share my experience with the final results!
