Run away from them!
Honestly, I didn’t know a car-sharing app could double as a comedy show, but here we are.
They charged me twice. I called them. Their own operator literally said: “Yep, that’s a mistake.”
So I blocked the payment. You know—basic logic.
Two months later (???) they come back like “Actually no ❤️ that was for extra mileage.”
Fantastic. Love a surprise sequel nobody asked for.
So I pay. All of it. Immediately. Problem solved, right?
Wrong.
A few days later I try to book a car… and surprise! My account doesn’t work. No email, no warning, no explanation. Just ✨vanished✨.
Apparently I’ve been silently banned for the unforgivable crime of… asking why they charged me twice.
So to recap:
They charge you wrong → admit it → change their mind → take your money → block you → don’t tell you.
At this point I’m not even a customer, I’m part of an escape room.
10/10 if you enjoy plot twists, ghosting, and financial gaslighting. Otherwise maybe just walk. It’s more reliable.
