Order placed 8/21 for tripod shown as “in stock”. Shipping label created next day for delivery on 8/27. Tracking on 9/1 showed no movement past “label created”. Called and was told that they just received their shipment of the tripod on 9/1 and would send it out. That is known as “out of stock” which was never communicated. Company offered nothing more than a “sorry”, with zero accountability and “we don’t have anyone you can speak to” beyond the poor person who answers phones with zero authority. Refused to expedite the shipment or offer any compensation at all. “Everybody else is in China and doesn’t speak English” I was told. Corrupt and exploitive business model. Fail.

Accurate discription, fast free delivery, would be hard to find an improvement and impossible to complain.

Very smooth, good product descriptions, product received as described, fairly quickly shipped, well packaged, all in all great customer experience!
