Pic Rights Image Copyright Issue - Legal Consult

This was regarding a image copyright issue raised by Pic Rights International and to analyse the demand notice sent by Clayton Utz. Damin was very upfront with where we stand and went through all specifics of the image in question. He helped draft a proper response for this issue which helped tackle the demand notice without any further escalations. The entire consultation session was on-demand and over a virtual Google meet appointment. The ease of getting the peace of mind through the legal jargons right at home was a great aspect which I very much appreciate in this experience. I would highly recommend Damin for any tech and copyright legal consult you may have. He and his team are pros.
