good customer service

I made a mistake with my subscription and requested a refund. Mark was very prompt in replying and refunded me in full within minutes, which impressed me.

I was having some issues trying to find…

I was having some issues trying to find account info on the site so I reached out to customer service. Fin got back to me quickly, fixed the issue, and was very friendly. I was considering canceling my subscription, but the excellent customer service I received made me reconsider my decision. Customer service can make or break a company and Fin did a great job. Thank you!

Scam company

Scam company. Avoid like the plague. Signed up for monthly subscription they charged $180 NZD cents n my credit card for a whole year. They provide no receipt of your purchase, nor any communication through the email you provide. I choose to pay via Applepay, but it was a front, a scam. There is no record or subscription in my apple account, so I cannot cancel the subscription nor request a refund. When I click on manage subscription it pops up with a window saying ,subscription not made through IOS’ and the only option is to click OK which closes the window, so if using an iphone you cannot even manage your own account. Attempts to contact the company have failed. When you press send message on their contact form through their website it just spins as loading infinitely. Super dodgy business practice. I will be referring them to our commerce commission as this is a criminal matter. The app itself is super limited. You will produce a few images then it will ask for you to purchase more tokens to continue even they you have already paid extortionate fees. Reading through the reviews you can commonalities so would surmise that most of the reviews on here are fake. Youdont get that many reviews from users. UPDATE, managed to contact support via email. The sent me on a wild goose chase with an extensive convoluted deskfile to cancel my subscription. Of course all of this was useless because I cannot even access the manage my account area. They have since responded and canceled my subscription and refunded me, but not in full. They still charged me for a month, even though I have only had the app for a couple of days. Bitter experience, wont be returning. Suggest others dont start. There is no option just to trial for a month then cancel. Super, super dodgy

I had a problem with my account, I contacted customer support, and within minutes received an email back from Mark G. Within the same day, I was able to receive a resolution to my problem, all thanks to Mark's promptness.

@Fin from Leonardo makes it worth it. Support is very responsive and is good at understanding issues and questions, seeking to resolve to the customer's satisfaction. Leonardo is a great platform to experience the multi-faceted AI tools out there! I highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Fin from Leonardo AI Support. He promptly provided a complete copy of all my 2025 invoices and followed up afterward to make sure I had everything I needed. The support was fast, thorough, and professional. Highly appreciated.

**"Mark provided EXCEPTIONAL support!"**

I had a frustrating 6-month auto-billing issue where the Cancel button was completely missing from the Subscription screen. Mark responded within hours, reviewed my detailed evidence (screenshots + billing records), understood my situation perfectly, and made an **exception** to process refunds for December 2025 and January 2026 charges - something their policy normally doesn't allow!

His responses were:
✅ **Super fast** (same day replies)
✅ **Professional & empathetic**
✅ **Resolved complex billing issue completely**

Mark single-handedly restored my trust in Leonardo AI. The refund process was smooth, and he even provided clear timelines. Outstanding customer service!

Deeply Frustrating and Unusable for Serious Creators

Leonardo has become almost unusable. Prompts that are clearly non-sexual, cinematic, and professional fail with vague “content safety” errors, yet the system gives zero indication of what actually triggered the rejection.

The biggest issue isn’t moderation it’s opacity. When a generation fails, there’s no feedback, no highlighted terms, no guidance. You’re left guessing, burning time, and constantly rewriting prompts that were already reasonable.

Female characters, elegant clothing, realistic sci-fi scenes all seem to trigger random failures with no consistency. Iteration, which is essential for creative work, is actively punished.

Other platforms manage content safety without breaking the creative workflow. Leonardo currently does not. Until transparent feedback and sensible moderation are implemented, this tool isn’t worth paying for.
