As a chocolate shop in Brighton, we have one of the largest selections of pralines freshly delivered weekly from the Leonidas factory in Brussels. All our Leonidas chocolates are stored in our climate-controlled environment. All boxes are hand packed at our chocolate store in Brighton and can be customised. The delivery to a Hove address
The delivery to a Hove address was confusing. It was shown on my bill as Royal Mail 2 day or some such when, elsewhere in your website, local deliveries were described as same day. I found this confusing.

• Same-Day Local Delivery: For orders within the Brighton & Hove area, we collaborate with a local courier service to offer same-day delivery. Orders received by midday, Monday to Friday, are delivered the same day by 7 pm.
• Standard Delivery: Orders placed after midday or outside the Brighton & Hove area are typically dispatched via Royal Mail or other courier services, with delivery times varying based on the selected service.
In your case, since your order was placed at 3:10 pm, it was past the cutoff time for same-day delivery. Therefore, we arranged for next-day hand delivery to ensure your order reached you promptly and safely. Additionally, as your order exceeded £40, you benefited from our complimentary delivery service.
We acknowledge that our system does not currently differentiate between hand deliveries and postal services at the billing stage, which may have contributed to the confusion. Our delivery team selects the most suitable method to ensure timely and secure delivery of each order.
