I fully recommend this company whom I…

I fully recommend this company whom I have ordered 3 outdoor house lamps from. One arrived broken and they resent it, unfortunately it arrived broken again and after emailing them each time, the woman in charge personally checked the last one they sent me to be sure of it's condition and shipment condition and it arrived intact. Her efforts and patience with me were fully commendable.

Dont buy in this company

Dont buy in this company! Its a scam! I buy an article 10 days ago i i dont have any comunication yet! I pay and i will not recive the article.

I made my order on 5th of January and did not arrive yet

I made an order on the 5th of January, and did not arrive yet, sent various e-mails and left messages on the website form but never got a reply. At this point I don't even know if I am going to receive my package and this is just a scam.

Very dissatisfied with the warranty and…

Very dissatisfied with the warranty and service handling. First, they send a damaged and used fixture and refuse to exchange it. Then, after a fixture with a waterproof rating of IP54 is installed and water leaks into the lamp, they take no responsibility. Despite the fact that the fixtures have a 3-year warranty, LeonLeds stops responding after only 8 months. As an excuse, they claim the fixture was installed incorrectly, even though a certificate from my electrician was provided, confirming that everything was installed according to the installation instructions. Very unhappy with this company and not recommended.

Thank you very much for leaving your opinion.
We have changed the same one twice. The first time because of a malfunction, the second time because it was burned out. Both times under warranty.
On the third occasion, you indicate that water has entered the bulb. To which you are asked for photographs of how you installed the bulb.
The product is incorrectly installed. I pass the information to the manufacturer and they tell me that the product has been mishandled, therefore, no further warranties are accepted.
Also, I remind you that the product has IP54, which means that it is protected against dust and splashing water, but not against direct rain water. It cannot be placed outdoors without a roof. What we can do, if you want, is to pick up the product and send it directly to the technical service to make the appropriate tests, since you say that no water enters through that badly drilled hole.
I am waiting for your reply to my last email of yesterday 02/01.Thank you.
