I booked a package for USA

I booked a package for USA, the Leopard system has update for the last three days and I tried to contact them on phone but the phone is out of order.
Extremely unprofressional
I'll not recommend to use it in future particulary for international services.

if i could i wouldn't give this one star too . the delivery guy brought the delivery to a wrong address and was very rude . afterwards he lied to me . told me he d come to the correct address but stopped picking my call too . poor services

Leopard Courier service is the pathetic…

Leopard Courier service is the pathetic and unprofessional courier service. Their riders treat them as majesties and do not want to deliver parcel on the due dates. Spending money for availing their service is pathetic. Do not opt them for delivery service. Avoid them

Delayed shipment and horrid customer service

I had a shipment which was supposed to reach withing three days maximum but has not been delivered for a week. The last update on the online tracking was on June 6th saying it's been "Sent to a hub" which to me means nothing. I tried getting on live chat but the first agent ghosted me and then one Mr. Danyal proceeded to take my next 6 chats, put me on hold and ghost me. Repeatedly. Disgruntled, I tried reaching out to their phone helpline where the automated voice kept me on hold saying all operators are busy and then proceeded to cut my call the next second THRICE. This is absolutely horrid customer service.

Points to improve:
1. Increase the number and quality of chat agents so they don't frustrate the customer.
2. If you have a phone helpline please also have people to man it instead of frustrating the customer by leading them on and then hanging up on them.

Leopards Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd

Leopards Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd. is one of the worst courier companies in all of Pakistan.
One of my packages has been stuck with them for almost 20 days. It seemed like the address was incomplete, so I called them and corrected it.
I got a call from them 15 or 16 days later, after they had already received the parcel. (They were basically sleeping on it for over two weeks.)
I also reached out to their WhatsApp support and provided my complete address. Still, when I called today, the agent told me the same thing — “Your address is incomplete.” Like, OMG.
I'm literally so frustrated at this point.
I raised a complaint a few days ago, but nothing happened.
They haven’t returned the package to the sender nor they’re trying to contact me — they’ve just kept the package with themselves.
Please do not use Leopards Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd. for any of your shipments.
Their customer service is extremely poor. 🤮🤮🤮

Extremely disappointed with Leopard…

Extremely disappointed with Leopard Courier!

I’m beyond frustrated with the pathetic service of Leopard Courier.

I booked an overland delivery on 14th May from Karachi to Islamabad for a 60x60 inch parcel worth Rs. 3000–3500. Today is 30th May, and my parcel is STILL not delivered.

I’ve tried calling their so-called 24/7 customer service — but guess what? No one answers! The only response I get is from Facebook Messenger, where they keep repeating, “We’re working on it.” No explanation. No updates. No accountability.

Their customer care reps ( franchise where I had booked my parcel) are clueless and clearly have no idea what’s going on. I’ve been under constant stress for two weeks — my money and hard work are hanging in the balance because of this company’s irresponsibility and unprofessional behavior.

This is not just a delay, it’s a complete failure of service. Leopard Courier, if you can’t handle logistics, stop scamming people with fake overland promises. I demand answers, and I expect a resolution immediately.

Stay away as far as you can from this courier service

Unreliable and Utterly Incompetent
I genuinely wish there were an option to give a negative rating. This was, without question, one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we've had with any courier service.
Our parcel — containing important items for multiple family members and intended for a time-sensitive family event — was inexplicably lost within their system. For nearly two weeks, it sat unaccounted for in their Korangi warehouse, while we were fed a string of contradictory and misleading updates. At one point we were told it was in Dubai, then supposedly lost at Karachi airport, only to later discover it had never even left their local facility.
Rather than taking responsibility, the company blamed external factors that had absolutely nothing to do with the delay. Their communication was vague, dismissive, and riddled with excuses. There was no urgency, no transparency, and no sincere apology.
By the time the package finally arrived, it was completely useless, having missed the event it was meant for. We were left with significant inconvenience and financial loss, and the company has made no effort to make it right.
If your shipment has any importance whatsoever, avoid this courier service at all costs. Their handling was careless, their customer service dismissive, and their accountability nonexistent.
