My payout was pending and a big Cancel button sits right above the balance, a stray tap reversed the withdrawal with no confirmation and the funds dropped back into the wallet while a bonus auto activated. I asked to reinstate the cash out because I never meant to play it, the reply said wagers had already started which happened only because of this design.

On a live table I hit a Perfect Pair on a side bet. The on screen rules panel showed a higher payout, yet the system graded it at a lower rate. I captured the rules panel and the hand history, asked the dealer to call a pit review, and also opened a gaming dispute through the help center. The final answer said vendor terms apply, which ignored what was displayed on the table at the time.
