Timely Receipt of Product
Order placed via the internet. Order arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, delivery to the residence was not an option and in-person pick-up at a UPS facility was required. This was unknown at the time of purchase. All else was fine.

After looking at the tracking details, I can see that a delivery attempt was done at your residence but no was was there to sign for the package so the package was then brought to a UPS access Point. What a great find!
I was so happy to find my husbands very favorite cologne, which has been discontinued, was still available at LeParfumier. It was high priced, but well worth it. The best part was that they actually recommended a replacement fragrance that they carry which was very similar, so I was able to order of bottle of that for him to try as well. They both arrived in a timely manner and were very well packaged. I was very impressed by my entire experience and I have already recommended LeParfumier to a couple of my friends. I won't hesitate to order from them again in the future. Thanks so much for the great service!

Disappointed
I recieved my perfume (dolce and Gabbana- desire ) opened and unfortunately it was off the plastic wrap ...when I opened the package looked like someone spray it before me and I was so mad because it's expensive perfume and I dont know they said no return it still full bottle but not the same when you buy new perfume it's my first time purchase from this site and its gonna be my last time good bye parfumier

I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your purchase because there was no cellophane wrap on the product you received. I can assure you, as you have noticed, the product is 100% full. Just because something doesn't have cellophane doesn't mean the product isn't new. This is a rare perfume that is no longer produced anymore and can happen that some bottles do not come with cellophane and it can be for a couple of reasons. Not all bottles and batches are made or come in cellophane or sometimes the plastic gets caught on a corner and rips leaving us no choice but to remove the cellophane. I do hope you can enjoy your product. Unfortunately, it may be the last bottle you will be able to have of this beautiful fragrance since it is no longer made anymore. If ever you do have any questions, feel free to contact us. We are truly sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us and would love to make it up to you.
