Do not go near this company. I purchased three dresses that I didn’t like - very cheap. But they won’t even answer my emails so I can’t return them and I spent over $130 on them.

My order arrived in good time. Communication was great. Have now purchased another dress and waiting eagerly for its arrival.

The dress l received looks nothing like the one in the picture which l ordered. It is a very cheap copy made from thin synthetic material, in a very unflattering cut.
A complete waste of money - l will never wear it.

Hi I placed my order on line and it was easy. I like the quality of your products.

This company photographs lovely clothes but ships cheap knock off versions. The dress I ordered looked with a woven linen type of material, the dress that I received had an imitation print on cheap, flimsy fabric. Despite their website saying they offer free returns, they have refused to pay for my return, instead offering me $11USD as compensation.

It's a cheap, horrible dress that I will never wear. I should have known better.

Horrible quality, even though you order the correct size according to their size chart, it DOES NOT run correctly. DO NOT waste your money. I've tried to ask for a return for a week now, they STILL HAVE NOT responded. I had a $221. order and cannot use but one of the items. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the Special 3/4 Sleeve Print Mini Dress. A lovely looking dress with green leaf print.
What I received:
Awful lazy cut, no shape at all.
Cheap, really wrinkly, terrible material. Looks like a cheap Chinese take-off, not like the picture at all.
I’m a size 12, using my usual measurements and the size chart I ordered a large. It’s a huge sack.
Return? That would be great if the links go anywhere

Delivered as promised. Dresses were perfect fit and looked exactly as advertised. Have purchased many items from Lerelo and have never had a problem.

This company shows great looking clothes way below what you would pay for elsewhere. They are made of cheap polyester and sizing is way off. They offer free shipping and free returns. It took my order 6 weeks to receive. When I received my order I was very disappointed. They are so cheap looking and we’re huge! I contacted customer service to make a return. Let me backtrack there is no phone number to call and it may take a few days for them to get back to you. Customer service gets back to me and offers me $15 to keep my items. I really thought this was a joke. After their third offer of $45 they give me an address in Dubai to ship the items back at my own expense. No where on their website does it say anything about Dubai. This company is a scam. Don’t let the prices suck you in like they did me.

The beautiful dresses shown on line are not what you receive . I expected for the price of their clothing that the fit and material would be exceptional. What I received was cheap polyester material with terrible fit . Felt I am wearing tablecloths . Continue to email back and forth but getting resistance to returning for a refund . Very disappointed .
