Very bad service, will never ever buy from Leroy Merlin again, will tell everybody to not order or buy from them.
Ordered goods on Febr 16 2026, twice i received the wrong goods. They collected and tell me they are gonna refund me, up till now 2 and a half months later, no refund, nothing. The latest is, i must come to one of the stores to collect my money, i am literally miles and miles away from a Leroy Merlin store. Have spend a lot of money on calls, ect. They leave me no choice but to see a lawyer, because the money they owe me is not a few cents or rands. So like i said. Thank you Leroy Merlin for the very bad service, never ever doing bussiness with youre guys again.

Please people - don't make a mistake. Do NOT make the same mistakes as we did.
You buy from this place, they lie - delivery is NOT FREE for orders over R4 000. Then they make mistakes with your orders by sending you the wrong stock and when you wanna cancel the order, they deduct the delivery and collection fees from your monies!!! Shocking. Never ever again. I have proof of everything if anyone wants to see.

I would like to thank Bongane P from the Tile department at Leroy Merlin little falls order No 408597 who went extra mile by Assisting while he was on leave or off day, I was was shot of a box of Tiles as we are busy with renovations then called Bongane P on the 12th March then advised that he is off at work but and will try to assist and he called the store and in few minutes called me back on what is required and while communicating with the store in less than 15 min he called to advise the the box is avaliable. Please keep it up with good service Bongane not only with me, may your hardwork continue to be recognized and you deserve your flowers. Thank you... you are the best 👌

Leroy Merlin – Failed Delivery & Poor Service
I placed an online order with delivery confirmed for Saturday. Late on Friday afternoon, I received a message only via the Leroy Merlin platform advising that delivery would no longer take place and that I should “expect it Sunday or Monday” — with no confirmed date or time. There was no phone call or proactive communication.
When I contacted Leroy Merlin, I requested to speak to the supplier (Zahu Enterprises). The consultant was uninterested, promised to call me back, and never did.
If Leroy Merlin uses third‑party suppliers, their service is a direct reflection of Leroy Merlin. Due to the missed delivery, poor communication, and lack of support, I no longer want the order and have requested a full refund.
I would also like clarity on the stock information shown online. At the time of purchase, the item showed 20 units available, yet I am now told the supplier is in Johannesburg, which does not add up.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Worst customer service in the world. Ordered tiles from them; they are a day late with delivery. Worse, as they don't have stock now, they apparently need to do a special order. Nobody called to let me know. My project will need to wait a week for them to receive the stock. What a disgrace!!

Absolutely appalling! I returned eight sink taps in November and still haven’t been refunded. My return was delivered to the wrong place, and months of emails and calls got me nowhere. Today, I got a call from your agent Confidence Moeketsi, who insulted me, swore at me, and blamed me for your mistakes. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Pathetic and unable to deliver on promises
Order number **********00. Order was placed and paid for on the18 October2025. We have had parts of our oder delivered from November. Which in itself is pathetic to take 3 weeks to start delivering. Since then we have had 3 deliveries and the order is still not complete. I have contacted them over 20 times with never getting a resolution. You hold on the line for 30 minutes until being cut off. They do not return calls or emails. The service would receive a zero star rating if this was an option.

If you order directly from le Roy Merlin website and they are the sellers of the product it's 5 star experience, but when using a third party like Gadgets hub SA, stay far away because Lawrence is a scammer, he delivers a different make of what you ordered then evades you, battle to do a return and get a refund , I'm waiting 6 days now for my money , Leroy Merlin keep on sending a message saying they investigating my query

If I could give a 0 I would. After repeated confirmations of delivery date, that always expired, I was always told that it will be here tomorrow. Absolutely terrible that such a well regarded store would give 3 empty promises. I will never shop there again
Extremely Disappointed With Delivery and Communication
I placed my order on 26 November, and the delivery date was clearly stated as 3 December. Today is well past that date, and I still have not received my order.
From 4 December, I started calling and sending emails because nothing was delivered. I did not receive a single reply to any of my emails. When I finally managed to speak to someone, I was assured the delivery would happen on 5 December. I even arranged for someone to be at home since I wasn’t there, but no delivery arrived.
I explained several times that this machine was urgently needed for customer orders that must be completed over the weekend of 6 December. I specifically chose to buy from this store because the delivery date seemed reliable and would allow me to start client work early. Instead, I have been left waiting, unable to fulfil my orders.
What is most frustrating is:
1. No response to emails
2. Empty promises about delivery dates
3. Repeated misinformation, telling me the machine will arrive when it clearly won’t
This experience has caused huge inconvenience, delays in my business, and unnecessary stress. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and reliability.

To buy something online is a nightmare, you will battle to get any feedback on your order. The callcentre, if you eventually get answered will put you on hold for 30min plus.
Then the lies begin. Impossible to deal with and get straight answers.

It saddens me to write a review in disfavour of a company I used to support and trust for several construction projects over the course of two decades. Most recently, I advised a highly valued client to purchase a kitchen appliance from Leroy Merlin which he has been struggling to return in exchange for a better suited, significantly more expensive appliance. Without fail, online orders are required to be settled in full before they are dispatched, the amount for which they promptly collected from my client's account. However, in utter disregard for consumer rights, the company displays no consideration whatsoever for aftersale service . I am perplexed by the absolute failure to respond to continued, regular follow up emails requesting that the product my client pruchased be exchanged for a superior product. While the purchaser has honoured the terms of sale, the retailer has not. As the consultant who recommended Leroy Merlin, not only am I embarressed and ashamed of my referral - my reputation and reliability has suffered a blow. I shall henceforth take my business elsewhere; it appears that Leroy Merlin does not need recurring business from home renovation contractors and cater to a consumer market who do not value customer care or relationship management.

I discourage anyone wanting to order online. I ordered online on 4 August 2025. As of today, 28 August 2025, I am still waiting for items. I have to enquire every day. All they say is that they will come back to me. Which they don't. This has been a very frustrating experience. I haven't had such bad customer service in a while.
