Previously I had good experiences, but it seems that something has changed recently.

You can place an order and pay, but it is never shipped and you receive no response to emails.

Ordering was easy and the delivery was as advertised and on time

I ordered a case of 2019 Beaune Du Château over the website. The wine was available, the ordering process went smoothly and the delivery was as confirmed. Thank you for a good experience!

I cannot recommend this company. Had to wait three months for a reimbursement with numerous reminders receiving no reaction. Finally, after having reported the problem to Signal Conso, I got my reimbursement. Seems like this is the only way to get the company to react. Shameful. I will definitely not come back.

I made two pre-paid orders on Les Caves for delivery to Italy, one in March 2022 the other in September 2022. The first one was delayed in shipment, but despite a number of messages to Customer Service, Les Caves persevered with a delivery which took place in June....in the height of summer....while I was absent for 3 months. The second delivery was fine.

Unbelievably awful service. Never order again. 48 bottles of champagne ordered 7 May 2022, should have arrived in one week. They started to come in June, but in 5 different deliveries. The transporters left the bottles outside in front of my gate - on the street, in the heat with no notice 4 different times over a month. The last 6 bottles arrived on 27 July 2022 - 2.5 months late.
Impossible to reach les caves by phone. Request for a refund was ignored and the. denied. The last shipment was promised over 3 different weeks. I guess I should count myself lucky that they decided to deliver at all. Shockingly bad.

Order placed the 25th October 2021 (6 bottles of Moet 2012) Money drawn the 26th October 2021. Been in ongoing dialogue with the company processing to send products and their excuse was vendor was sold out (even though they still have the products for sale on the website and still has).

Money Disputed in December after complaining to Credit card vendor, then my money came back.

I waited 8 weeks for my order to be completed. They failed to respond to all my 4 telephone calls and 3 emails. Only after I asked my creditcard company to make a chargeback did they eventually send the balance of my order. Do not trust your money with Les-Caves, who also trade internationally as Best French Wines.
