First Class Service from Robert
Robert the Mitsubishi Engineer who attended our house for the Annual Service was excellent. Let us know in advance when he was in his way, was polite and unobtrusive as he went about the service. Excellent service from Paul the engineer. He attended to my Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump and was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the visit. He explained everything clearly, carried out the work efficiently and left the system working as it should. Very impressed with the service received and would highly recommend.

Very efficient engineer
Luke arrived early, gave very efficient service and fixed the leak. He is also very friendly.
I would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t had to wait so many weeks for this appointment - luckily it wasn’t a bad leak!

100% Recommend
In short, we’ve been installing Mitsubishi ASHPs for over 10 years and have consistently found their product and service to be excellent. Their one-to-one account manager support, particularly from Bahar Basci, is outstanding. The units themselves are efficient, quiet and reliable, and their aftercare and technical support are second to none. As a manufacturer of renewable technology, they genuinely care about carbon reduction rather than simply paying lip service to it.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Mitsubishi heat pumps.

Luke and Phil were fantastic, professional engineers who went above and beyond in fitting our very complex new hot water cylinder. They are friendly and knowledgeable, what a credit to your team.
There was a bit of a delay in organising the repair, and I did have to follow up once or twice.
