I purchase a Jellycat product which arrived safely, however, the label had a store price tag on which was impossible to remove without damage. The tags are critical to the value of Jellycats.
When I raised this with the store, the reply was rude and I was told "You are buying a Jellycat not a tag" amd they refused a refund or replacement.
I would not recommend this company. Shocking customer service. Do not use.
