This company gave incorrect information, then when I asked for refund, as they want funds up front, they ignore your letters, and the switchboard will not transfer your calls. I have now written to all 4 directors, the legal director 3 times all by recorded post, ignored. Avoid this company at all costs
Their reassurance that they occupy the floor below one of HMRC's offices didn't carry much weight in the face of the evidence that what they were recommending (largely the use of a corporate member for an LLP) is specifically contradicted by the HMRC Guidelines for Inspectors. I therefore didn't use their services, and it appears that those who did are facing serious problems.
