Great quality, simple & luxurious

Amazing experience. Quality of the trousers is fantastic. Slight stretchy material. Very comfortable and great fit. I am 6ft, normal build with a 34 waist, so bought the large size after using the size guide and they fit perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing again.

The parcel arrived with only two of the three items. The jacket was completely missing.
LeStrange’s response so far:
• Sent a heavily pixelated packing video that shows no order number, barcode, or address label – it does not prove the jacket was in my specific parcel.
• Refused an immediate refund or replacement, insisting I must wait for a Royal Mail investigation (despite CRA 2015 s.29 clearly placing risk of loss with the retailer until the goods are in my possession).
• Stated they will deduct £4 from any eventual refund for return postage, which is unlawful when goods are not delivered as described.
I have quoted the relevant sections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations multiple times.
They continue to ignore the law and repeat the same script about “internal procedures” and waiting for the carrier.
As of today, still no refund, no replacement, and no resolution – only delays and unlawful deductions threatened.
LeStrange is knowingly breaching UK consumer law to avoid legitimate refunds.
I will now be raising a chargeback with my card issuer and reporting them to Trading Standards.
Your statutory rights mean nothing to this company.

The trousers are extremely comfortable and look elegant. Both online and in store experience was seamless. Was offered complimentary alterations as well. Would buy again.

The brand make garments that will never be out of fashion. The quality to price ratio is very high.

So I looked for a certain thing on the internet, and I like the item that L'Estrange had, so I went on their website. On the front page it clearly says 10% off with your first order, just sign up. So I did, great i thought, 10% off, thats a nice incentive to make me go back in future. When I received the email, it then says 10% off when you spend over £100. It does bnot say that on their website. So I sent an email, complaining, received a reply with another discount code, but that was for 10% off when you spend over £70. WTAF. They tempt you in with a discount code then make you think your getting a good deal when in fact your not. I did send the information to trading standards too, as its classed as false advertising. I wont be gong back to them.

The service was outstanding, the offer to tailor my trousers and not extra cost. Also, they were perfect on time. Very cordial and friendly staff.

Ordered the 360* jacket which was delivered next day and packaged beautifully! Jacket fits brilliantly and is surprisingly wind proof for quite a thin jacket. Yet to try it in full rain but works very well in a shower! 10/10

I struggle to find trousers that are relaxed yet can still look smart if I dress them up….and also a relaxed fit that doesn’t hang off my flat bum! Very happy with my purchase.

Customer service is excellent as are their products, no bling, just practical, understated wearable items and quality to match.

Top quality products , very well made & great sizing

The customer service was prompt and excellent, they responded very quickly. Their products are of the utmost in quality, they aren't cheap, but also not exorbitantly expensive either. I think the value is spot on. My order required international shipping which concerned me as I had a deadline to when I needed my order. Not only was shipping free, it arrived with time to spare. It was an excellent experience.

Purchased the merino half zip and am really pleased with the fit, the quality and the service received when purchasing. Lestrange really are leagues ahead of their competition.

Bought one jogger and 2x360 trousers.
Poor quality returned immediately with tags and labels still on.
They alleged there was stains on the items and would not refund two items.
This is completely wrong, and fraudulent.
Do not buy from this company, and do not get fooled by celebrity endorsements.
They do not even have a telephone number to speak to anyone!!

Delivery was quick and the quality of the 360 trousers is excellent. Will be buying more.
