Always a good fit, and stylish minimalistic look.

Okay product, poor customer service.

Ordered the 24 hour trouser in slim but the fit was far too tight for me, which is fine. Requested an exchange for a larger size which took over 2 weeks to come and only arrived after me chasing twice on email.

I didn’t like the fit of the larger size either so asked for a refund, which took another 2 + weeks and numerous chasing, even though the policy states 7 working days.

They are eager to take your money but when it comes to refunds and exchanges there is no urgency at all.

I have been buying here for years now. My expectations are always surpassed. Very good fit & high quality.

The store is really nice, in a great location, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The clothes are very high quality, just my style, and the price is reasonable.

Good quality clothing. However, twice now blocked from entering store. Today because the owner apparently wanted to do a 'custom fitting'.! On a Saturday during prime retail hours!?!?
I don't live in London so this is a major inconvenience. I will be looking elsewhere from now on and will not recommend to friends

The staff at Coal Drops Yard, just north of Kings Cross London were charming and helpful. The all day Oxford shirt is quite probably the most comfortable shirt I've ever worn off the hanger. Soft, smart, simply brilliant.

The best trousers on the market.

It's very rare for me to purchase a pair of trousers without the hassle of having to visit a tailors after. The 24 Trouser is the first pair I've ever bought that have been perfect off the shelf.

Will definitely be my go-to staple pair of trousers going forward.

Great quality clothes and service.

Discovered their shop / brand one day and bought nearly £300 worth of clothes, intending to purchase more as the majority of what I bought fitted awesomely. I thought I’d found my premium brand!

One pair of trousers fitted badly so when I had the disappointed, I took them back to store to see if they could swap them out.

I found a pair of merino wool trousers in store which fitted nicely that were more expensive and asked if I could swap them out for the ill fitting pair (paying the increased price difference ofc). I also said that I would purchase two more pairs of the merino trouser.

I was so disappointed when I got an email back afterwards saying they were not able to swap my pair because my return was FIVE days past the ‘official’ return date.

I just don’t get this logic of this policy, particularly as a small premium brand that emphasises sustainability and customer service.

Here I am, willing lifetime customer who clearly wants to spend £££ with them, and they refuse a standard return of an unused garment and a happy customer for the sake of 5 days. So I’m lumped with a pair of trousers that don’t fit and out of pocket too.

Service is everything in this game.

Submitted a return and followed up several times via email to get refund, which has been met with radio silence. My first time ordering and surely my last. I’d urge others to be cautious about dealing with this business.

Fantastic soft and light wool products. Both the marino shirts and the blazers/trousers are fantastic. I love your clothes. Also really nice staff at your shop at Spittingfield.

I ordered the 24 trousers and was a bit disappointed as I couldn’t get them to stay at the length I wanted. L’Estrange followed up my purchase asking if I was happy and I explained my problem. They offered to tailor the trousers in house at their London store but as this wasn’t logistically possible for me they reimbursed me for my local tailoring costs. This was an easy and thoughtful process and I am very impressed by the level of customer service provided. This company really cares about customer satisfaction.
