Mir wird die Rückerstattung in Höhe von 299,00 EUR verweigert. Ich habe eine Tasche bestellt und wieder retourniert inkl. Goodie. Der Verkäufer gibt jedoch an, dass nur das Goodie ohne Handtasche ankam und verweigert die Rückzahlung. Leider habe ich ohne Paypal gezahlt und somit keinen Käuferschutz. Dass das Transportrisiko beim Händler liegt interessiert den Verkäufer nicht. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
