Purchased a property with Rhys and the team that needed to be taken back to brick and a full refurb doing. Couldn’t have gone better in my opinion. Any challenges faced along the way were dealt with professionally and swiftly by the team. I was kept fully up to date at all times on progress. Tenants were quickly arranged when the property was completed. Couldn’t have asked for more, and will be using them again in the future

Terrible for tenants

As said here before, might be good for landlords, but terrible for tenants. This company took over the lease of my property a while ago. They sent me an email with a section 21 attached and said if I agree to a rent increase, the section 21 will be cancelled. I got what seems like an automatic email telling me the section 21 as not cancelled. I have not sent three emails and no response and their phoneline does not work. Have taken legal advice and will await court action instead, which I will win as I have an email stating the terms of the section 21.

Might be good for landlords but service to tenants is shockingly bad

While it would appear they care about landlords, they don't seem that bothered about tenants. Kept saying carpets had been properly cleaned before letting out property.... turns out the previous tenant had 6 dogs and 5 cats in the property. The carpets were disgusting. They wanted £50+ a month extra rent for an assistance dog (not a pet), finally waived this once they were given a letter from the UK Hearing Dog organisation confirming the dog is not a pet. The property has no plumbing for a washing machine, which was never pointed out. To date, this has not been rectified. As a 6 month old baby will be living in the property, we have hired at our expense, a carpet cleaner to clean all the carpets. I dread to think what was in the carpets but the water was black when emptying the carpet cleaner. To add insult to injury, they want us to sign something saying we will pay to have the carpets professionally cleaned when we leave, after having to clean them before we move in. The walls have been "decorated" by a bunch of children with pens and pencils. When viewing the house, we were told this should be sorted before anyone else moved in. Needless to say, nothing has been done. They'll happily take your money (and probably will keep your deposit when you leave for the slightest reason). We have photographic proof of the condition of the house in general prior to moving in, so it will be interesting to see what happens when we leave. With the state of the property, I would be surprised if the previous tenants got any deposit back but it is obvious that none of it was spent on making the property suitable for the next tenants

Brilliant Customer Sevice and Communication

Let-Co have been brilliant with communication and supporting me to tenant my property even when everything was closed due to the coronavirus. They've helped a key worker move into accommodation she otherwise wouldnt have been able to find at times of difficulty. High reccomend

Good Start - thank you!

Just started a new relationship with Let Co and am pleased with the service to date. Rhys has been very helpful and I really appreciate the openness and honesty. I am impressed that even in these challenging times he was able to let my house in Lincoln on 5 year contract with the Housing Association. Great job!
