Very unprofessional
I contacted them on May 6th to fix my ChiQ Tv (if I don´t fix the Tv with them I lost the Tv´s warranty). On May 15th (9 days after I contacted them) they told me they will fix the Tv and gave me a Reparation Number, they asked me to digitally sign a document which I did. 13 days later (May 28th) they send me an email telling me they will come and pick up the Tv during the next week. It's been a month since that email and they haven't picked up the Tv and they don't answer my emails. It has been a disaster.
